Here are the four communication styles and how they sound when apologizing. Oh my God, you're totally right. I'm so sorry. I feel like such an idiot. How can I make this up to you? Please tell me if there's a way that I can make this up to you and make this right. I mean, I didn't even know there was an issue or a problem between us, but I guess I'm sorry if you were offended. No, actually, I don't see where I went wrong and why I'm the one that should be apologizing. And come to think of it, there's some stuff I want to get off my chest that I think you should be apologizing to me for. Look, even though that was not my intention at all, I understand how my actions and words could have hurt you. I'm sorry and it won't happen again. I'm well with Rael, your communication coach and you can book a one hour virtual workshop with me that focuses on healthy communication and possessing an assertive style. There will be 45 minutes of learning and 15 minutes of personal Q and A. All registrants get a recording of the workshop once it's ended along with the custom made well with Rael Guide or cheat sheet?
