It is my 35th birthday today and we are in Positano, so walk with me while we talk about five personal life realizations. 535 number one, not everything that's said to you or about you requires a response. Number two, you can forgive someone, even miss them at times, and still not want them back in your life. Number three, the more you love yourself, the less BS you'll be willing to tolerate and the better you'll be at sensing bad or negative energy. Pay attention to that feeling. Number four, no one is as hyper focus on you as you think they are in the best way possible. No one really cares. And number five, as daunting or scary as it may seem, aging is truly a privilege and I feel blessed to have the chance to experience another year. These are just a few of my personal realizations and I hope they resonate with some of you too. Bye.
