When you are a woman who is smart and also has the bonus of being physically attractive, you are going to trigger a lot of people. And I'm not talking about jealousy, because that's an unfortunate given. I'm talking about people who literally don't know how to act around you because they are confused by your energy and what you have to offer. You don't fit into the boxes and neat little compartments that people have created in their minds based on stereotypes and learned beliefs. And some people admire that and want to let more of that energy in, but for others, it breaks their brains to have you not fit the mold that they have predetermined for you. And that can be triggering for people. And if you're funny on top of being smart and physically attractive, forget about it. It is going to cause an even bigger cognitive dissonance among certain people and they are simply not going to know what to do. You never know the combination of qualities that you have that might seem so simple but are in fact a trigger for someone else. So keep this in mind. Stay humble while counting those blessings and keep doing you.
