All right. Hi everybody. Uh, Randy Dean here, the Email Sanity Expert. And what I'm about to announce, this might either be genius or frankly just a little bit crazy, but either way you win. Um, yeah, I know I haven't made many new videos the last couple of weeks and yes, I did take some much needed R&R over the holidays, but I was not completely idle. I got one big home improvement project done, but I also did quite a bit of work on updating the programs on my eLearning Academy website. And as you can see, um, with these programs, I added several new videos, added new content, uh, I added and updated information on a lot of the, um, different parts and pieces to these different programs, as you can see. And so I can say with some pretty good confidence right now that the programs and content are pretty darn up to date with new content, new videos, new information. Now, the other thing that I did over the holidays, I also spent quite a bit of time thinking about my programs and content, this COVID-19 insanity we've all been living through for almost a year. And how it has impacted our economy. Now, I know many of you have been deeply affected by this. Some of you have had the disease yourself. I mean, I've known so many people that have had not the best time with this disease, but I know many more that have been deeply affected by the economic impacts, especially my friends in the association, meeting and events, and travel and tourism industries. These are all groups that I speak for all the time. And if you didn't know, these segments of the economy are basically in a depression right now. They're starting to show some signs of recovery, but wow, it has been tough. And, um, yet at the same time, the vaccine news is very promising. Uh, it looks like these vaccines work and hopefully we can get this thing under control soon. And so because of this, I'm predicting a huge rebound once we get this all done. I think we are all so ready to be out traveling again, meeting again, eating together again, and so much more. We just have to be safe and work to be safe a little bit longer until we can all get the vaccines and get back to regular living. And thanks to the work that so many of you have provided me the last few years, I came into this pretty well positioned. I'm one of the lucky ones. I realized pretty quickly that I could ride out the economic hard times if needed with the virtual work and programs I'm doing right now. That's filling in the gaps. I'm in this for the long run, and I really can't wait to get back out on stage. But because of all this, I decided instead that this would be a really good time to invest in upgrading my content and increasing my visibility for both my YouTube channel and for my online e-learning programs. And, you know, sort of my goal was to just really build this stuff out, increase visibility, increase trial in all of these areas. And so I just like to get a lot more people knowing what it is that I'm doing and seeing what it is that I'm building here. Plus, I just think people could use some very helpful professional development content at low or no price right now while they're trying to survive this pandemic. Especially in the areas I'm best known for: email management and the related use of technology and software. With everything going on right now, it's not just the virus, uh, it's been really hard to maintain and keep focus. I'm sure many of you would agree. Avoid all of these distractions.
