In this promotional preview, Randall F. "Randy" Dean, the Email Sanity Expert, invites Florida Realtors to his upcoming session where he will demonstrate how smartphones and tablets can serve as a full‑featured remote office. He outlines everyday field tasks—reading email, taking calls, checking calendars, texting, and even playing Wordle—and then expands on higher‑value capabilities: client and property notes, communication tracking, photo and listing management, real‑time document scanning to PDF, faxing, video calls, file access, editing, and personal appointment tracking. Dean emphasizes that all these functions can be accessed from a single panel on the device, whether the user works with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace. He also promises bonus PDF handouts covering Outlook, 365, and general tech‑management tips for course attendees.

Hi everybody, Randall F. Dean, the Email Sanity Expert here. Hey, many of you might remember me from last year's convention where I gave you a bunch of tips on how to better manage your email and your distractions. But this year I wanted to ask you, how many of you have one of these? Or maybe two of these? Or maybe one of these and one of these? Well, in this year's program, I'm going to show you how to better manage those smartphones and tablets, allowing you to get so much more out of them than what you might be currently. And let's talk about what you're probably normally doing with these when you're out in the field. You can read that email, take that phone call, check your calendar to make sure you're getting to the appropriate next appointment, get to that text message, and of course, play some Wordle. But wouldn't it be nice if we could maybe do just a little bit more? For instance, maybe you could also have specific notes on your clients, buyers, and sellers, including tracking previous communications and conversations, detailed notes on the specific properties, photos, listings, and other details, the ability to scan real paper documents out in the field and turn them into PDFs in real time, even the ability to send and receive faxes, attend and host video calls and meetings, access— not just access your documents, share your documents and files, and be able to edit those documents and files in different formats from just about anywhere, and maybe even track your personal appointments and notes so that you can stay a little bit on top of your personal life too in your crazy professional-personal life combo. So you stop forgetting the milk and eggs before you come home. And yes, you can still play Wordle. No problems, right? So, and we're going to show you how to do most of this on a single panel on your devices, regardless of whether you're using Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, giving you a true remote office. So if this sounds good, can't wait to see you at the event. Come join me and we'll help you really learn how to take these to the next level. Once again, I'm Randy Dean, email sanity expert, and I will tell you one last little thing. I will provide a whole series of bonus PDFs in electronic format for all of my course attendees on time, email, and tech management, including tips for Outlook and 365 users. So can't wait to see you there. Bye, everybody.
