Hey everybody, Randall F. Dean, email sanity expert here. Hey, um, this video, uh, microlearning was prompted by a viewer question. Somebody had sent me a note about, hey, I'm using multiple calendars, I'm managing calendars across multiple people, there a way to see this all on one screen? I think there's actually two ways to see it all on one screen. So let's show you real quick. I'm gonna pop out of here and go into my Outlook calendar. And the first and easiest way is just go in and, you know, click on a couple other calendars. And as you can see, what will happen is if you have multiple calendars, they will pop up and show side by side by side. Now, one thing I will say, obviously, if you look at this, you put 3 calendars on one screen, this is a little hard to read unless you've got a really big primary monitor What you might want to do instead is— I'm going to close that calendar number 3. See, now I can actually see the detail. But just 2, you can probably see the details. But maybe what I could do with calendar number 3 is, uh, right-click and open in a new window. And then what I could do is drag calendar number 3 to my second monitor. So then I could see 2 calendars on one screen, calendar number 3 on the next screen. That's one option, but let me show you another option which is really cool. If you right-click over any of these calendars, uh, one of the options that you'll get— let's see, uh, oh, not here. Hold on, I got to go to a higher level. You got to go to one of these top bars right here. Yeah, this is it. It's not here, it's here. See how it says Other Calendars? You got to go to one of these top headers and then just come up and click on Show All Calendars. Because look what that just did. That allows me to see my primary calendar and all others, and I can see it, uh, basically from about where I'm at right now and backward. Although you can obviously, uh, click your buttons to, you know, go back and see stuff from in different time scales. Um, and obviously if it's now got a whole bunch of stuff, you know, selected, if there's only a couple that you need to see, you can turn those off and then just get down to the ones that you really want to see. Uh, so I, I really like that. Remember, once again, let's go up here. It's right-click, and, um, now it's Hide All Calendars. So I'll hide all calendars, and then I can do right-click, uh, again, and it gives me the option to Show All Calendars. So let's close these down. Let's do my primary calendar once again. Right-click, Show All Calendars. Interesting, that time it did it funky. So play around with it. It'll give you some ways to, to take a look at this. Uh, I actually thought that this was a super handy way to see them all on a single screen. Right-click, show all calendars. All right. Hope you like that one. Play around with it. You'll get some different ways. Let me know if there's any other ways that you're doing this kind of, uh, thing with your calendars too. Uh, because, um, you know, if you can share some of the things that you're doing with multiple calendars in the comments, That will help out everybody who watches these videos.
