All right. Hi everybody, Randall F. Dean, Email Sanity Expert here. Hey, I wanted to give you a quick little microlearning video. This has been one of my pet peeves for a few years now, and I think I might have just made this easy, not only for me, but maybe for you. Let me show you a little something. If I go into my Microsoft Outlook and I open up a new email, the standard format, when you open a new email is To and CC. But what if you want to do a BCC? Now, what I've been doing, which has been clunky, is I would click on the word To and then I would just type a, you know, silly word in here, hit OK, and boom, now I got the BCC field visible. But there's another option that is much more elegant. Let me close this email, not going to save the changes. I'm going to hit New Email. And now what I want to do is point you to this. This is the Quick Access Toolbar customization tool. And so what you can do is you can open this thing up and come down here to More Commands. When you hit More Commands, notice that under Popular Commands, one of the options is BCC. If you select that and hit Add, it will become part of your list over here. Now notice I've already done that, so I'm going to hit Add. You already have this. Yeah, I do. Let me show you how it works. It's really cool. Once you have that set up, you'll have this little button appear in your quick access toolbar. All you gotta do is click that button and boom. Now you've got BCC. And what's cool about it. Let me show you something. If I close this email, save changes, no. If I open a new email now, because I did it on the last email, it stays open. But if I don't need BCC, I can click the button. And it goes away. BCC? No BCC. I won't even talk about the proper use of BCC in this video. Now you know how to get it, use it properly, thank you. All right, with that, let's finish this video up.
