In this brief channel update, Randall F. Dean (the Email Sanity Expert) announces several new and ongoing initiatives for his YouTube channel. He introduces a brand‑new YouTube Shorts series called “Did You Know?” designed for sub‑minute videos and adds it to a new playlist (currently two videos). He highlights the existing microlearning playlist, now about 40 videos, each roughly five minutes or less. Dean commits to a more programmatic posting schedule, aiming for at least one video per week and hints at an upcoming series that may launch with multiple episodes at once. He also showcases recent behind‑the‑scenes upgrades: a refreshed logo and branding, a revamped office with improved lighting, and a newly redesigned website (randaldean.com). Finally, he offers free productivity PDF tip sheets to viewers who email him with “YouTube PDF” in the subject line, and thanks his audience for their continued support.

All right. Hi everybody. Randall F. Dean here, Email Sanity Expert. I wanted to do a quick video tonight to just give you a quick update on a couple of things going on with the channel. I'm going to go to full size here so I can talk to you a little bit more directly. One of the things that I just did tonight is I started making an even newer and even shorter video series. I'm calling it Did You Know? And I did it to fit the YouTube Shorts requirement of videos that are less than a minute in length. So you can watch for that. I've actually created a new playlist. It's only got 2 videos on it right now. This is in addition to the microlearning videos, which are designed to be mostly 5 minutes or less. I think there's 1 or 2 that sneak a little over that line. And now there's 40 of those videos in the microlearning video list. So obviously been building some stuff here, but the one thing that I wanted to share with all of you that have been my longer time followers is that I'm going to try to, from this point forward, be much more programmatic and regular with my postings of videos. And I'm going to try to do at least one video a week. Now, I can tell you certain weeks I will do more than one video, but I want to try to make the content coming in on a more regular and staggered basis, just so that you can have more of these tips more often. I even have an idea for a pretty cool little new little video series that I'm going to probably start recording some of the episodes and I might save a few of those so I can bring them out 3 or 4 or 5 all at once when I first decide to launch this. So keep an eye open for that little announcement when that comes pretty soon. But just wanted to give you this update. You know, I've been doing a lot of work in the background to get a lot of getting things done. You may have noticed my new branding with the logo and the noggin and this and that and the other thing. I redid my office and set up a little bit to make things better, worked on some of the lighting issues. And so I'm just trying to get things to another level here. And I hope you like what we're doing. I hope you find these tips useful. I hope that you're finding lots of time and productivity. Out of these tips. And so with that, I'm going to go ahead and go back into this so I can end this to remind you that once again, I am Randy Dean, the Email Sanity Expert. I thank you for your time, not just right now, but ongoing as this channel has been building. I want to thank you for your time and support. If you'd like to learn more about me, you can go out to my website, which was just recently redone, randaldean.com.. And once again, I'll tell you, I have those productivity PDF tip sheets. If you want to get them, just send me an email, randy@randalldean.com, put YouTube PDF in the subject line. I'll be happy to send them out. Thanks for your time and attention tonight. Oh, and if you're curious, did I get a haircut? No, I got them all cut.
