Hi everybody, Randy Dean, Email Sanity Expert here. Hey, I hope you like my new look and feel. We recently did an update to my website, uh, with some new branding that was done by Ellen at EPK Design. She's awesome. And with that, I got a little bit of a new look and feel for my PowerPoints, for my, uh, YouTube videos. Hey, um, but, uh, I actually have a super quick tip for you today if you are a Microsoft Outlook signatures user. Now, if you've ever attended one of my sessions or you've watched this on my YouTube video, you will know that in my Outlook, uh, I have shown how you can actually use your signatures tool to effectively create full-length templates that you can make push button. Pretty cool. I'll put the link to that video below. But I wanted to show you probably the world's simplest, quickest tip. If you've set up a whole bunch of signatures as templates, did you know you can come right down here, right-click over the signature, and change it? Boom. And then right-click and, hey, let's go to the template. It's that easy. Once you have them all set up, once you have a signature on the screen, you can right-click over the signature and change it to a different signature. Told you it was quick and fast. Try it if you've been doing this. Like I said, if you haven't set up your signatures as templates, push-button templates, check out the video in the link below. Hope you enjoyed this one. All right, with that, I'm gonna say we're done. Uh, I'd like to, uh, obviously thank you for your time in today's program. And, um, if you'd like to learn a little bit more about me, go check out that newly updated website, randydean.com, right there. Uh, if you like these videos, please subscribe.
