Hi everybody, Randy Dean, Email Sanity Expert, here again. I'm knocking out a couple of these today. I want to give you one more micro tip video, and I really hope you already know about this. It's called Format Painter. Now let me show you what this thing is. It's super slick. If you have an open email and sometimes you're copying and pasting stuff so things get all formatted funny, but you want it all to look like this, but it looks like this. Simply highlight what the text that is that you want it to look like. Come up here to this little thing called Format Painter, click on it, and then highlight the text that looks funky. Boom! Oh, get this, that doesn't just work in Microsoft Outlook, it's also in Word. See, look, you can highlight the text that looks the way you want it to look. Click Format Painter and then highlight the text that looks funky. And yes, if you're curious, it's in Excel. And if you're curious, it's in PowerPoint, although I'd have to click on this, and because I have an active presentation going, it won't let me do that. But it's right there. It is there. Okay, so with that, I think I'm gonna go ahead and finish this one. I would like to say thank you for your time. I am Randy Dean. Uh, let me know if you like these micro tip videos. Uh, this is something new. I'm trying to make them super quick and super easy, that one thing at a time that will hopefully stick and you'll be able to use for the rest of forever.
