Yeah. Hi everybody. Randy Dean here, email sanity expert. Excuse the casual because I'm actually working from my home today. I was actually working on updating a PowerPoint for one of my clients and I came across a tip that I've been using for a while, but I realized this would make a really good PowerPoint microlearning video. Especially if you are bringing in several photo files, screenshots, maybe even videos into a PowerPoint, and you're going to be doing several of them all at the same time. So let me show you sort of what I recommend you do. Uh, first thing I want you to do is pop into your file cabinet and go to wherever the files are. In this case, I'm going to my screenshots folder, and as you can see, I did a whole bunch of screenshots that I wanted to bring into a presentation yesterday. So get that open, leave that open in the background, then go into your PowerPoint. And when you go into your PowerPoint, what I recommend that you do is simply come up to the top and insert a new slide. Now you could duplicate your previous slide and clear stuff off, but in this case I'm just going to show you how to do it with just by putting in a new blank slide. So I just put in a new blank slide. It's ready. Now go back to your folder, grab one of those screenshots, and just hold the click, drag it, and bring it over. Now make sure that it pops up on the screen like I just showed you, and then drop it. It's that easy. And then if I wanted to do a different one, I'll show that to you one more time. Insert new slide, blank. Now I'll go back to the file cabinet, I'll grab a different screenshot, and I will drag this down, hold it over the PowerPoint icon hold it over the presentation you want to drop it in, and drop it. That easy. And you can put in a bunch of photograph, video, screenshot files into a presentation that quickly versus having to come up to the Insert and Insert Picture from This Device, etc. You can just do it with a quick drag, hold, and drop right into blank slides or existing slides in your PowerPoint files. So I hope you find this one useful. I know it saved me a ton of time yesterday. So let's finish this little microlearning video up. I'd like to once again thank you for your time.
