Find it in Control Panel under Mouse and Touchpad, then check "Show location of pointer when I press the CTRL key."

Hi everybody, I'm Randy Dean, and today I'd like to share with you a little tip that might help you find that mouse or cursor in difficult lighting situations, or possibly if you're in a dual monitor setup. So let's go in and show you this. This is actually a pretty quick and easy little tip that will help you find this. What you need to do is go in and get into your settings and get into your Control Panel. Once you get into your Control Panel, you'll see up here under Devices, you can click on that, and that gives you some information regarding your mouse. And then go into your Mouse and Touchpad And once you're in your Mouse and Touchpad, then what you're going to want to do is actually page down and hit Additional Mouse Options. Now, when you get into Additional Mouse Options, come up here into Pointer Options and look at this little button right down here. Turn this on, Show Location of Pointer When I Press the Ctrl Key. Now, you'll know I already have this selected, so watch what happens. If I hit OK, then that'll save that setting in here. And what can happen then is watch this. Watch where my mouse is. If I hit the Control key, oh wow, look, oh, I move it over here, oh, there's where I am. There's where I am. And by having that little setup turned on, it's especially useful if you are, let's say, doing something where you're moving back and forth between multiple monitors and you lose the location of the pointer, or possibly where you're in a highlight situation, maybe like when you're outside in the sun and it's really hard to figure out where your pointer is. You can just use that Control key and it'll show you right where you're at because it gives that nice little circle pinpoint bullseye little number to help you see where you're at. So that's a little video tip that I hope will help you, and I thank you for your time.
