Hello, this is Rebecca Green for the Winey Palooza podcast, and I am so excited to have Carrie Teppadino with me here today. Thank you, Carrie, so much for being here.
Oh my gosh, we're going to have so much fun.
I'm so excited to talk to you and I'm excited. I want to give you a proper introduction because Carrie is amazing and she has made her mark as a top leader in the personal development space for women. Carrie came from a hard background of low self-esteem, not believing in herself, being 45 to 50 lbs heavier than she is today and desperate for change. She came to a defining moment in her life where she got to make a decision to continue being unhappy and burned out or to find the freedom that her soul was craving. Through deep study of personal development, leadership, holistic health, nutrition, yoga, meditation, and breathwork, Carrie created her Sacred Self System, which helped her life go from rock bottom to where she is today. Loving a life that she never thought could be possible for her. She has influenced over 150,000 people worldwide in mindset mastery, emotional mastery, loving themselves, and believing that with proper mentorship, community, and strategies, anything is possible.
I totally believe that. I totally believe anything is possible. So thank you for that glowing, glowing intro. And I love your— as you and I were just connecting before you— we started, I love the whole parenting podcast thing. I was just sharing, I am definitely a parent. I am so a parent and I am even in breastfeeding mode still with 2 of my babies.
So, I can't even, I can't even believe that you are fitting all of this into your day, which we talked about, and her babies are not even 6 months old and they are twins.
Yes, a girl and a boy, and then I have a 6-year-old.
Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. I hope that you have a village helping you.
You know what? I do. I have. So that's something that I think is really important is we don't need to be super moms. You know, we can be super moms but not have to be Superwoman and do it all ourselves. Yeah, I learned that the hard way with my first one. And we have, we have a nanny that comes 4 days a week. My husband and I are a team. Grandma flies to town. You know, when she can. And, you know, you just, you figure it out. You figure it out.
We have to, right?
Yeah. And I have a great team with my business because my business is quite large and it's successful. And, and, and I've spent the past few years with them focused on leadership, knowing that, you know, there would be this season of my life because this is one of my big dreams. And, and, and taking, you know, being able to not need to be in the limelight as much and get everything done myself, but allow the Coaches. We have a coaching team. We have all of that in place. So, so it's, it's been awesome to see it all working.
Sounds amazing. And, you know, I just, I want to learn about you. Can we start back at the beginning and talk about what inspired you to begin to help others with their own personal development?
Yes.
Okay.
Such a good place to start. And thanks for asking. So I— my life is amazing right now, but it certainly wasn't always amazing. And I— before I had this business, so I've been in the industry, personal development, wellness space for about 20 years. And I'm— I'm older than I look. I'm almost 50. I'm—
you are not. You are not.
I know everybody goes, wait, 20 years? And it's like, well, okay, I'm not 30 or however old I look. I'm almost 50. Yeah, so I had twins. I had the twins at 48.
Wow.
I had my 6-year-old at 42, obviously, if you do the math. But, um, yeah, so I'm, I'm a late bloomer as a mama. Um, but, uh, but the one of the reasons all that came later was because I just, I had this really tough time in my life. You know, I didn't believe in myself. I had low self-esteem. I abused food. I was an emotional eater. I was actually Bulimic. I had a full-blown eating addiction and so I kept people at arm's length as well, which was one reason I didn't get into a significant relationship to have a family with. You know, it came to a head one night, Rebecca. I was working in the corporate world and I was a graphic designer. I returned to the United— I was in the Peace Corps, returned to the United States and was just like, didn't have great skills at managing stress. So, I turned to food and I was working I was working as a designer, graphic designer in a software company at the time. I remember I had this really big deadline the next day and I was so stressed. I was afraid of what would people think of me, which was always a big thing for me. What will people think of me? I am not good enough and blah, blah, blah. I remember driving home that night and I had my hands on the wheel and I am like, don't stop at the store, Carrie. Don't stop at the store, Carrie, you know, because I didn't need groceries. I knew if I stopped at the store, it was just to buy my comfort foods because that is how I dealt with stress at the time. I get to my neighborhood and of course, where do I find myself? In front of the store. I say, this time it is going to be different. I am walking down the aisles with my cart and I am putting in all my comfort foods and I am saying, this time it is going to be different. I pay for the groceries, I check out, I get home and I am unpacking the groceries. At this time, I truly am hungry. I haven't eaten dinner yet and the peanut butter jar, you know, and I unscrew that blue lid and I peel back that silver foil and I take my spoon and I am just going to have 1 bite. One bite turns to 2, 2 bites turns to 3. When my spoon hits the bottom of that jar, my heart breaks because once again, I have broken trust with myself, right? Once again, I made a promise and I didn't keep it, which is the most dangerous promises to break for those with yourself. And I remember that night, that night was different for me because it was scary. Because then what I did is I walked down my long hallway, my feet sinking into the carpet, the rug, and I get to the bathroom. I try to purge it out, which never works. And I'm laying on my cold white tile bathroom floor crying. And my heart is racing. And I knew enough about health at that time to know that my electrolytes were imbalanced, which affects your cardiovascular system. And one of my best girlfriends from college, her mom had died of an eating disorder because her organs failed. And so it was like I knew in that moment, like, Carrie, if you keep doing this, you're going to kill yourself. And it was the first time I really got it right. And, and I knew in that moment that I had a choice to make, like either keep doing what you're doing, slowly kill yourself, or wake up and heal, like get up off the ground and choose to heal. And thank God, truly, I am a believer of God. Thank God something inside of me was strong enough to choose to heal, and that set me on an incredible journey around the world where I studied with monks. I went to India. I studied under an Indian doctor there for 12 hours straight for a month. It was incredible. He taught me all about Ayurveda and the body and foods and food as medicine and, and, um, studied yoga and deep breathwork, like, like get up before dawn on a cold concrete floor of a temple and do breathwork and meditation and yoga with monks. And, and I just, I pieced it together, right? I pieced myself back together. And, and this whole world of healing and health and self-love and self-mastery opened up that I didn't have experience with before that. And then, so then I came back and, uh, I live in Southern California, got my licensing. I'm a holistic health practitioner, certified counselor, nutrition, and a biodynamic cranial sacral therapist, which means trauma resolution work. And so, yeah, so it's amazing. And so I got all the certifications, and but truly, like, the, the greatest certification was my own journey, right? Because it put me into the shoes of the women that we now support. And what happened, Rebecca, and then I'll send this back to you, but quickly, what happened was when I figured, when I felt like I cracked the code, like I figured out what worked for me, there was this deep responsibility. I felt a deep responsibility to share it with as many women as possible because you don't want to leave. No woman, no woman should be left crying on the bathroom floor, especially when there's a solution out of it, right? And so my business really birthed itself on the backside of my own healing, and it grew and it grew, and it just, um, A lot of it grew by word of mouth. Like, people came in and they got amazing results and they brought in their sisters and their cousins.
I love this.
Yeah. And, and that's how we, that's how we got to where we are today.
Well, I appreciate your braveness in sharing your story because I know how vulnerable that probably felt at first to share that.
Yeah.
And I love that you're helping women because you know how it feels. And that's just— that's so special. And I know that you birthed— I, I believe that you started with the Sacred Self System, correct? Can you tell us—
developed over thousands of women. Yeah.
Can you tell us what that is?
Yes, of course. So the Sacred Self System is our proprietary system. It's a 5-step system. And after working with thousands of women, we started to just organize what the processes that we were doing that we had created The 1st step is Mindset Mastery. The 2nd step is Emotional Mastery. The 3rd step is self, your relationship with yourself. The 4th step is becoming and staying present. So, no more vices, no more checking out with food, eating, shopping, social media. Now, the social media wasn't around when I went through all this, but that is now a vice. Then, that 5th step is sustaining the transformation. Which is one of the most important steps, but yet it is one that is often not included. You know, when you read these books on, you know, you read books, you hear people talk, or you go through programs and they often don't include the sustain the transformation piece. I think one reason is, is because it keeps them, that person cycling as a Client, right? Yes. Yeah. What we really want to do is we want to support women in really understanding, like, you have got this. Like, we are going to, we are going to skill you up and then you get to own the skills so that you can shift the trajectory of your life. When you hit another bump in the road, because we all do, you will have those skills to know how to move yourself out of it in a way that is quick and easy. Let's say it that way, right? Not always easy. Simple. Simple. Let's say that. So, but bumps in the road aren't always easy, as we all know, but they are manageable when you have the right tools and you have the right people around you.
Well, and you are 100% correct because I want you to know that I have done programs. I have done every weight loss program known to man. I have too.
Yeah.
And they all work while you are doing it. But then the sustainability part is where I see everyone, including myself, crumble. So, you are spot on.
Yeah. And so, let me speak into that because I also had done every weight loss program, every detox, all that. And you are right. Right. They can work, but they usually work temporarily. But the key was for me personally is that as I did the real healing work, what I realized is it wasn't actually about the weight. It was a symptom to something deeper going on and the personal development work was able to remedy that. Then, the 50 lbs. for me just came off. Like, I didn't diet. I didn't restrict. I didn't calorie count. I eat whatever I want now. I have for decades. It just came off because it was never really about the weight. Does that make sense?
Oh my God, 100%. Because I will tell you, my thing is cookies. And I will tell you that I will be standing in that kitchen eating cookies going, oh my God, you were just stressed and you just went right to the cookies. So you are right. It is not about the weight. It is about how we are managing our stress.
Right, it's the mastery of self. So I'm really— so first of all, let me say kudos to you for your vulnerability with your listeners and your audience. I love your, your vulnerability and taking yourself off of the platform, off of the pedestal, and allowing yourself to be real, because I get that that's scary, and it does take us harnessing our courage and our bravery to make an impact in our own lives and in the lives of others. And so I acknowledge you for that, for sure. And, you know, we are only as sick as the secrets that we keep, right? So when we, when we share what's really going on, not only does it help us because we start to decharge what happens behind closed doors and curtains, we start to decharge it, has less power over us. But then, so that's one reason why it's so great to be honest. But the second reason is, is because then you get to Like, for example, what you just did, you then get to go help however, however many other women are going to listen to this— mommies, aunties, caregivers, grandmas that are going to listen to this. And you're not only going to give them hope, but you're going to, you're going to show them that they're not alone, right? And when we feel alone, it's just, it's very hard to get breakthroughs in our lives.
For sure. And I want everyone to know, I try to really tell people that I struggle at home with my kids too.
Me too.
Right? All the training in the world is not going to make parenting flawless.
Right.
So, so we're in it with them.
Oh yeah. Like, and that's it. And if anybody ever— and I tell my clients and my audience, I say, you know what, if anybody tells you that they have it all figured out, please run for the hills. Yeah. Like, just fuck, turn around and book out the other direction. Because the truth is, this is the journey, right? And I mean, we're never ever going to have it all figured out because we're human. And so it doesn't matter how big the audience is or how many books or New York Times bestsellers, like, all of us are still figuring it out. And, and let me say this though, because this is important, but what we want to do is we want to get clarity on where we want to go, and then we want to get the right strategies and get the right people around us And those people could be just 2 steps ahead of us. They don't have to have it all figured out. It's just choosing the, the trusted resources that have been where you are and understand it intimately, not just read it from a textbook, but understand it intimately and now are where you want to go or well on their way, and they can show you how they did it. And that's really key. Oh my gosh.
Spot on. I'll never forget. I'll never forget a health coach who had lost like 10 pounds. Shut up and go away. I'm like, I love you. I think you're great. But give me the health coach who has lost more weight than that.
That's hilarious. Yeah. It's like you wouldn't go get business coaching from somebody who's broke, right?
Like, right, right.
It just doesn't make sense.
So you talk a lot about fun. Bringing fun to women. Yeah, bringing fun to fitness. That's what we need more of. Can you give us some tips around that?
Yeah. So I'm glad you brought this up. I can tell from your energy you're big on fun too. Like, yeah, fun is really important, right? It's one reason why I even married my husband is because like I was so clear, like, wow, I'm, I'm not having a lot of fun. And he was really adventurous, is really adventurous and really fun. And, and he— I recognized something in him. This is years ago. Recognized something in him that was lacking, I felt I was lacking for my fun meter. And, and that fun factor is really important. Otherwise, what happens, and there is research on this, if we are just tempo, tempo, tempo, meaning if we are just working, working, working, and we don't flex and process and integrate and have some fun, then we can oversaturate, we can get overwhelmed, we can burn out, we stagnate, we go into paralysis, and then we don't ever move forward towards our goals or attaining our big dream life. I really, truly believe that transformation is so fun with friends. There was a study done. So, this was probably about 6 years ago. It was around Christmas time and I remember I was out, I was visiting my mom and I was sitting in her kitchen area and she comes in with the magazine, The Economist. And she's like, oh my gosh, Carrie, look at this. They are saying exactly what you have been saying. And I am like, well, what is that? So, I read it and there was a study done by one of the universities. It was a wellness study and it was actually online, which seems rather progressive for, you know, 6, 10 years ago. One of the factors that the people who had the most success, the one of the main factors, or the fact, the main factor that separated them from the others was that they had friends that they did the Program with. They categorized it as friends and the statistics showed. So, the research showed that they then were the ones that sustained their results, right? So, we are not put on this planet to lone wolf or do life alone, especially as women. We are wired to commune. We are wired to pick berries. Together, right? And raise children together.
Yeah.
And, and there's just no need to do it alone. So coming together, like every single one of our events, every single one of our programs, everything, the backbone of it is the Community. It's the tribe. And it's, it's, I feel just like it's just a critical piece. And within that, we have so much fun. Like we do contests, we do games, we, I love to surprise people, we do gifts in the mail, we do surprises.
Oh, I love that.
Yeah, it's, it just keeps it, um, you know, gamifying kind of keeps it like, I mean, we, we go deep into the work and I've had women say, oh my gosh, I've shared more with you than I have with my spouse who I've been married to for 30 years, right? Wow. Because it's safe with us. Yeah, safe and it's sacred. And we bring in elements where it's like we get to have a good time when we do it.
Well, it's, it's much better. Everything is better with fun. That's all I can say.
Right.
I agree. Sounds like you have created a very fun tribe.
We have it. We have a very fun— we have a very special tribe, I will say. I mean, women come and they stay with us for 5+ years and, and it's because we're always up-leveling them. Like that first year with us, we're very clear on the curriculum and how to build that foundation. And then year 2 and beyond, it's really about, okay, now that you are the woman that you want to be, let's go have some fun. What do you want to create with that? You know, it's very cool.
I love it. I love it all. So we have, we have to talk about mastering our mindset. We cannot have a talk with you if we don't talk about our mindset. Okay, so We need to master our mindsets. Can you give us one step to take to work on it? Because I know so many people with— should we label it negative mindsets?
Yeah, we can say that. We can say that. Yeah. Glass half empty. Sure.
Yes, yes, yes, yes.
Yeah. So I, you know, here's what I feel about the mind is it's our, it's It is the most underleveraged tool that I think most people have. And everything starts in the way that we think. So, our big through line and what we focus on is like our messaging is all about one thought away. You are one thought away from having a good day today or not. You are one thought away from being on track to hitting your health goals or not. You are one thought away from eating that cookie or not, right? And so everything is starting in the way that we think. The way that we think is impacting and influencing how we feel. How we feel is impacting the actions that we decide to take. The consistent daily actions become our habits. Our habits are absolutely impacting our environment and the results that we have right now. So, even our friends who are listening to this with us, look around the room that you are sitting in. Is it a mess? Is it clean? It is a direct reflection of how you are thinking. Look down at your body. What is it? Are you in body breakdown? That first started in your mind, right? So, getting to how we think is really critical in doing the reprogramming there. I will give a quick tip that everybody can start today. But I want to say first that it doesn't matter if you are 10 years old or 100 years old, you know, like this piece is super important. I work on this piece with my 6-year-old. I've worked on this with him since he was probably 3, since he could talk, right? And just working with his languaging, how does he speak about himself? Like if he says, oh, this is too hard for me, or I can't, we work with that, right? Like, okay, well, if you believe you can't, you're right, you can't. So is that really what you want? And it's cute because yesterday I caught him speaking. He's 6 now and I caught him speaking to his sister who's 5 months and her name is Chloe. And he was just saying, Chloe, I just, I believe in you and I know you can do it because we were doing baby Olympics and we put the babies on the floor and they're, you know, they're just learning to roll. So we were doing our own little baby Olympics and he's like, Chloe, I believe in you. You can do it, right? It was very cute. So, a quick tip, and you guys have probably heard this one before. It is nothing that I made up myself, but it is easy. It is something we can do right away, and I don't have a rubber band. I have the rubber band in my hair, but get a rubber band and put it on your wrist, and every time you catch yourself having a negative thought, snap, snap that rubber band and immediately replace that negative thought with a positive. Thought. So for example, if you are stressed about work or let us say the kids, let us talk about the kids. Let us stay on topic. So the kids are just going crazy and you are like, oh my gosh, I am the worst mom. I can't do anything right. Snap, right? OK, I might not be where I want to. I might not have responded. I might have reacted to that a little over the top. But I am catching it quickly and I am proud of myself for catching it and I am willing to do the turnaround, right?
Yes, yes, yes, yes.
That is a different mindset. So, with that rubber band on your wrist and you might get welts that first week because you might be snapping a lot, but snap, snap and do it consistent. You will be surprised. It sounds simple, but it is super impactful and what you will catch yourself is, wow, I'm catching myself mid-snap now, or wow, I'm not really snapping anymore. And you'll, you'll see that the more you start to program your mind to think a different way, and you'll, you'll see that it's actually working. Now here's why. So in your brain, what's happening is for every thought you're shooting off, you're shooting off like a message, and those, the messages that you think of the most, they are creating like connectors in your brain. Every time you think that thought, you are strengthening that connection. So, the minute we say something different, it is called a pattern interrupt. The minute you say something positive to the negative, then all of a sudden you have disrupted, you have intercepted that normal brain track and you've created a new one. And so then what we want to do is we want to strengthen the new ones, the more positive ones. And that rubber band is a really easy way to start that process.
So I'm laughing because my husband does this. Yeah, he does. And I saw him snapping himself one day and I was like, what on earth are you doing? Sorry. So he explained it to me and I said, well, that Seems like it would hurt. And he goes, well, you won't have negative thoughts then because you won't want to hurt yourself.
Exactly. And you know what hurts more? Not getting the life that you want.
Oh yes, right?
Yes.
Well, and I have said to people, I mean, you bring up so many good points, but people work out, they work out their arms, they work out their legs. They've heard me say this so many times. But we don't work out our minds.
Right.
And you are talking about like we are strengthening our brain and making better connections.
Yes.
I love all of it. I love all of this.
And let me say this. You can have the best nutrition strategies. You can have the best fitness strategies on this planet. But until you have the personal development strategies like what we teach, until you have that, then it really doesn't matter if you have the best fitness, nutrition, business, or relationship strategies, because as soon as the stress hits, as soon as the car breaks down, as soon as the kids fail something at school, as soon as something happens, like all of that strategy goes out the window.
It is true.
If you don't have your, your mindset mastery and your emotional mastery in place.
Good. You have good stuff. She has good stuff and you all need to go find her. But we need to talk about the morning. OK, I believe, I think you will agree with me, you know, we could, I reset many times in a day so it doesn't have to be, you know, it doesn't have to start in the morning. But I think it is great to have a good start in the morning and I know you are big on this. Can you give us pointers on starting our day in the right Right way, right routine, right mindset. You know, you know what I am talking about.
Yeah. So, we actually call it, we make it a little bit more sacred because we are working with women. We are more in the feminine. So, we call it rituals. So, we call it our AM rituals and our PM rituals. You want to bookend your day with your rituals. Within the rituals are what we call your non-negotiables. So, your non-negotiables are, maybe it is 3 things, maybe it is 5 things, but those things that you know that if you just do those as your baseline every single morning, you are going to feel pretty good about yourself. So, for me, for example, it would be meditation, visualization. It would be exercise. It would be protein in the morning. Time with my family. Like, those are my non-negotiables. And great clean, like, hygiene, right?
Sure.
So those are my non-negotiables. And so if I get those things done first thing in the morning, I, I'm pretty set up to have a great day because I know as a mama, as a CEO, as, you know, a house manager, as all of that, I know a distraction is going to come I just know it. And a homeschool teacher when it was through COVID. He's gonna go back to real school, thank goodness. Oh yeah, right, like all of you guys. So it's like, um, when you do your AM rituals first thing in the morning— and we have a, we have a free gift if your people would like to go get it, our friends would like to go get it— ownyourrituals.com, ownyourrituals.com. And there's a free gift and it teaches you a simple and beautiful process that doesn't take a lot of time, but it will help you really create this really wonderful, beautiful connection with yourself and not just see yourself as like me, somebody who needs to get through a to-do list, but really like exhale and, and honor and love and respect the soul and the being that you are. That is what Own Your Rituals will help create for all of our friends here. So, please go get that gift. We are happy to give that out. For myself, you know, we do go through different seasons of our life. Like right now, I am breastfeeding 2 babies. I have twins. But let me say this, even though I am like, got this going on in the morning. So, I will feed the babies and then I will either pump and leave bottles on my husband's side of the bed or feed the babies. And I feel if they're good for the next hour or so, then I am boom out the door. I live on the beach. I'm boom, put my tennis on, I'm out the door. I get to the beach where I can be near the water. You know, I'm in nature. I do my exercise. I do my prayers, visualizations, meditations. I'm back usually to have breakfast with my family before my husband goes to work. Work. And it is not too much for us to ask of ourselves. Like, we deserve that as mamas. And it makes me a better wife and it makes me a better mom. And, you know, it is like sometimes things happen, like my son is in soccer camp this week. So, that is the routine has shifted just a little bit. But then when I drop him off at soccer camp, you know, I actually stay at the park to watch. I am running laps around the park and then I am finding shade under a tree and I am doing my meditation. So, we are creative enough, ladies. We are, and gentlemen too, if you are watching this, but we are creative enough and we have what it takes to reframe, to pivot, to figure it out that in a way that we are still taking care of ourselves first.
Well, that is so helpful and I love that you have this so figured out with your little kids because, yeah, you know, some of us have older kids and still haven't figured this out. And, you know, they will be like, I want this and I want this, and I'm like, listen, I need to go in the basement for just 30— just give me 30 minutes, even 20 minutes, I'll be back. And I used to feel guilty. I used to be like, no, you should be taking care of them. But we, we're important and we have to take care of ourselves and It takes some of us a long time to figure that out.
Absolutely. And can I give you a tip which can be fun for you? Instead of calling it a basement, like, make— like, for example, like, I'm like, basement, that sounds so dark and kind of moldy, right? So like, we have, we have, um, patios on, you know, most of the bedrooms. And so what we've done is we've created— we laid, um, When COVID happened, we optimized every inch of our space, right? Because we didn't leave for like a year and a half.
Yes.
And so we, we laid artificial grass on our patios and we have umbrellas and we have chairs. Like we made, we made outdoor living spaces in our patios and we don't call them patios. And I've even taught my son who at the time was, when COVID hit, I guess he was just 5. He was just 5. And we call them lanais. And so, like, because, you know, my family— I lived in Hawaii for a while. My dad and my stepdad are born and raised haole boys from Oahu. And so it makes me feel like I'm in the islands, right? And so we have Mama's lanai, we have Grayson's lanai, we have the office lanai. And it feels a little more special and sacred to say, I'm gonna go read on the lanai right now.
I love it.
Right? And so, so that, that's even like a mindset shift, right? Yes. Like creating that sacred space for yourself, which we talk about in Own Your Rituals, by the way.
Well, I've done a great job in making myself a backyard oasis, but I think—
Oasis is awesome. Love that.
I love my oasis, but I think I need to work on the basement where it is. Yeah.
So maybe it's the indoor oasis or maybe it's like whatever it is, right? Like you can figure it out.
I'll figure it— I'll figure that out.
Yeah, I mean, that feels so much more feminine and beautiful and special, right?
Yes. Yeah, you see, you're teaching me already. And you know, I told you I have a bazillion questions for you, and I could keep you all day talking to you. I just think you're fabulous, and I love what you're offering to women. Can you tell us about your— I know you have some fun current stuff going on. Can you tell us about that?
Oh my gosh, you guys, I'm so excited. Rebecca, you're— you've got to be there too. I mean, if you're loving this conversation, think about 3 days of this, right? I— it's life-changing. And, um, so okay, here's the scoop, gals. So we have something called— coming up called the Believe event, and it's our 6th annual of the Believe event. It's the last weekend of September, so I believe that's the 24th, 25th, 26th, Friday, Saturday, Sunday. And for the first time ever, it's, it's online, which means you don't have to pay for flights, you don't have to pay for hotels, and I am coming to you into your home. And so this is the year to really go for it, right? And then when we do it next year in person again, if it goes back to in person, you'll already know, like, this was, this is Amazing. Yes, I want to go in person. I've had a taste of what happens. So let me, let me, I think this is important to say because at this point most of us have been to a couple of events online through the past 18 or more months with the pandemic, right? And, and so I want to help our friends understand the difference, like how this is different. This is not just an event. This is an experience. And you're getting a little bit of a taste of how fun this can be, um, from this podcast. But what we are going to be doing at the Believe event, which is in studio this year, online, I have not seen done anywhere else in any other, any other online event. I haven't seen it. And so just come because of your curiosity. Not, not to mention, like, what happens to the women who come to Believe. Like, I have so many women who say there was life before the Believe event and then there was life after the Believe event. Wow. Yeah, a lot of women. And, uh, and something special happens there where it shifts and it— and we get to let go of what's not serving you. We get to discharge fears. We get to let go of overwhelm and we get to leap in like crazy. We get to leap in with excitement and passion into you having the big dream life that you really want. And so Day 1 is all about awareness and really seeing what is working, what is not working. We do an incredible ceremony in regards to releasing and then Day 2 is about clarity. It is about excitement. It's about dreaming. It's about being in that big yes energy. And then day 3 is the roadmap, and it's all about showing you exactly how to attain what you just dreamed, dreamt up in day 2. So it sounds amazing. It's amazing. Like, I can't even put words on it. It's amazing. Yeah.
And your passion for it is contagious. Just the fact that I can see how, how much you believe in it and how, how it's worked for so many people. I mean, that's contagious. Your excitement is wonderful. Your passion is, is admirable.
And thank you.
I think, I think you are a fabulous lady.
I think you're fabulous. I think we should have some fun.
I think we should. So tell everyone the best place to find the event and to find you.
Okay, perfect. Well, find me. I'm going to give one call to action because I think that's— this is nothing. So go to the-believe-event.com. So it's the Believe Event with hyphens dot com. Okay. And, and just go there. The information is there. You can sign up there. You're going to be shocked how crazy affordable it is. Like this year we have like knocked the price down off by like half. And I mean, it is less than you would spend going to lunch. So, you have nothing to lose and everything to gain to just go and save your seat. Lock arms with me. Let's have some fun and be, just come with an open heart and an open mind. That is your, just do that, ladies. Go save your seat and we will get you into a private group where I will prep you for the event to make sure you get as much as possible out of it. And the biggest thing is come with an open heart and an open mind and be willing to be shocked as to what's going to open up for you and the magic that's gonna— that really, the magic that's gonna be created.
Well, I certainly hope that people will go sign up and find you because this sounds amazing.
