3 Peptide Mistakes holding back your Results! Science-backed Dosing

Rebecca Ferguson breaks down three peptide mistakes: dosing too infrequently when peptides only signal cells for hours, using non-acetylated forms instead of more bioavailable acetylated and amidated versions, and buying from untested sources instead of lab-verified U.S. brands. Frequent micro-dosing every three hours delivers better daily coverage than single large doses.

Have you ever wondered why some people have better results when taking peptides like these and many others? You might be missing one of these three critical science backed steps to make them work better for you. Hey, I'm Rebecca and I've been a health blogger for about 15 years now. I also have a peptide group with 4000 members and from that experience I'm going to share with you today the best ways to make sure your peptides are and Bioregulator peptides work most effectively so you can achieve the best outcome for your money. First, peptides work by signaling our cells to carry out processes in our bodies. But here's the catch. They almost always have a very short signaling duration. In our group, we notice it can be as short as three hours or sometimes less. This means the absolute best dosing for almost all all peptides is going to be frequent microdoses. Since they are effective even at nano doses, this means the quantity is not the most important, but rather the frequency that you take them. Instead of taking one full capsule at a time, it's better to divide your doses throughout the day. These charts show the difference between taking a peptide every three hours versus taking it once a day. Obviously, in the version on the left, your cells are signaled for a much larger portion of the day. I cannot emphasize enough how important this is when you're trying to make your peptides most effective. In order to make this dosing more possible, you can either put them into something you're going to drink or put them in a lunch that you pack. You can sprinkle them on food. It doesn't matter as long as you get them inside you, they're not fussy. Also, the exact timing doesn't matter, and neither does the exact quantity. You can just open a capsule and pour a little out and it doesn't need to be every three hours. Even if you take them two or three times a day, they're going to be more effective than if you take them once a day. The second main point that you want to consider is that you want to buy acetylated and amid peptides whenever possible. I reviewed the importance of this in my recent KPV peptide and Salank nasal spray videos. When peptides are acetylated and amidated, they're more bioavailable and they last longer. They also closer match the peptides in our own bodies. It's extremely important, but it applies for any peptide. For instance, let's take the thyroid bioregulators and I have them right here. First, I took thyrogen and and it's not acetylated or amydated. It worked somewhat. Then I took thyropep and it worked exponentially better. It is acetylated amidated and I saw so much more energy, less temperature dysregulation, less brain fog. And people in our group reported the same thing. Some of them who have issues with pain reported less pain, much less fatigue and more energy. So this is just one example where if there's a version available that's acetylated and amidated, those products will always work better. You want to check Integrative Peptide's website because all of their products are acetylated and amydated. And third, you always want to make sure that your peptides come from trusted quality brands. They they should obviously be lab tested and preferably made in the United States. If they aren't, you want to check the certificates on their website and make sure that you feel comfortable They're a trusted brand. You can ask at our group what we think about any brands. If you'd like. I'll put the brands we like in the video description. Also, there will be a link to a webpage with all the notes from this video. Lastly, I have one FAQ for you and and that's how long should the effects last? Peptides work in two durations. First, they work short term on the surface of the cells as messengers. This is where the short signaling duration comes into play and where you want to take them frequently. They can also work longer term. Peptides that are small enough can work epigenetically and turn on and off genes. This effect is longer lasting and it can last anywhere from days to weeks to months or more. Some people say, for instance, that CELANQ resets their mood and may feel calmer even for days or weeks after taking it. I've noticed the same thing for myself. I think that it tends to last for me about a week, which is much longer than the actual signaling duration. To get these effects, you often have to take the peptide for a while before you can stop. And this is why the effects of peptides build and build. The longer that you take them and they can build faster the more frequently that you take them. So keep it up. You're making changes epigenetically that will last and benefit your body for a long time to come. Before we go, I also want to mention that we do have our Facebook group back online. They admitted that they made a mistake and that we didn't break any rules. Thank you for joining us today and don't forget to take your next dose. We're at the boardwalk now, and we're going to go for a walk and we'll take you with us. Have a wonderful day. We'll see you soon.
