Don't worry, we've got you. Today we're here in our van down by the river and we'll show you exactly how it's done. Hey everyone.
Welcome to our channel. On here, we talk all things better health and share some ideas from our 15 years of biomedical blogging, plus a sprinkling of van life. So let's get started. I'm going to show you what you receive in your box. If you order from Biolab, you'll get an instruction sheet sprayer, a little bottle of peptides, a syringe that you will open and then put together, and saline. If you order from Limitless, you'll get a little bottle like this. These two things are interchangeable, so the first thing that you should do is look at the instructions. If you order from Limitless, they come on an 8x10 sheet of paper. Now I'm going to show you how.
To reconstitute the peptides to make the nasal spray.
The first step is to open your syringe and draw up some. Some of the solution. You'll just open the top, stick it in there and draw it up to either three or four. It's fine, doesn't need to be exact. If you had this kind of bottle, you'd do the same thing. Then take your little peptides and you just stick it in there and it will automatically draw the needle down because it has a vacuum suction. Then the needle will still be in there and you just kind of swish it around to mix it up. You want to open up your nasal sprayer ahead of time. Set it somewhere clean. You'll draw all of the peptide out of this, put it into the bottle. It usually takes a couple tries. You have to really get it in there and make sure that you're getting. Sorry all of the little bits. Put it in there. The last step is you'll take the remaining solution, both tubes worth and pour it in there. If you have this kind of, you can just take the top off of this and pour it in there. Then you put your nasal sprayer back on and you are all set. It's easy.
