Sleep Deeper, Recharge Faster with Delta-Sleep Inducing Peptide, Our Review of DSIP!

Rebecca Ferguson, a health blogger with 15 years of experience, reviews Delta Sleep Inducing Peptide (DSIP), a naturally occurring peptide discovered in 1977 that she says lets her feel rested after six hours instead of eight. She details her dosing experiments with two brands, Biolab and Limitless, ranging from 50 to 125 micrograms taken before bed, and walks through the reconstitution process using a syringe and nasal spray bottle.

So what D sip does is it keeps your brain at that lower brain wave. And when you wake up in the night, your brain stays there and you go back to sleep. It is like magic for me, someone who can't fall asleep very well. Hi. Today we're going to talk about how to take your sleep from recharging you at a very slow rate to a very fast rate and also deeper and more efficiently. The way that we do that is with the Delta sleep inducing peptide. And it has been fabulous for two very poor sleepers in our house. I'm Rebecca and I've been a health blogger for about 15 years now. And I am definitely a night owl who has needed help with sleep her entire life. But about a year and a half ago, I started the Delta sleep inducing peptide and and my sleep recharged me so much faster, I could feel like I had eight solid hours of sleep in only six hours. I couldn't believe it. And today's video, I'm going to tell you more about what Delta sleep is, what the Delta Sleep Peptide is, what it can do for you, our experience, also where to buy it and how to dose it. And at the end of the video, I'm going to show you how to remix the solution that you will get after you purchase it. So stay tuned for all of that. First, what is Delta sleep? Delta sleep is the deepest, most restorative phase of sleep. It's where our brain waves slow down, our muscles relax, our breathing slows down, and our body starts repairing itself and entering a state of deep restoration. Our memories are consolidated. We need this type of sleep. When we don't get it, our immune system suffers, our health suffers, and it's so critical, especially any of us who are dealing with any type of chronic illness or are getting older. It's something that definitely declines with age. We get about 25% of the Delta sleep when we're older, as we did when we were younger. So that's a big difference. And that's why we need the Delta sleep inducing peptide to help us along. There's going to be a blog post that is linked in the description of this video that will give you all kinds of notes that are either on the screen in this video or in addition to what I cover in this video. So be sure not to miss that. First of all, briefly, what is the Delta sleep inducing peptide? Some people refer to it as D sip and it's a natural peptide that's found throughout our body. It's even found in very high concentrations in breast Milk. And we know how well that induces sleep. It was first isolated in 1977 during sleep studies and it was found as a neuromodulator to induce sleep and relaxation. It does this by binding to brain receptors to increase GABA production to calm the brain waves. It's also been shown to regulate the circadian rhythm to improve sleep consistency. And as I mentioned there will be a collection of studies in the blog post. There will also be more on other benefits of D sip. Some of them are and I will read them for you, Anti inflammatory. It reduces inflammation in the sleep center of the brain. So so that's one way that it promotes sleep neuroprotection. It reduces loss of brain tissue and aids in recovery, especially post stroke. Pain management, antioxidant and even anti carcinogenic effects. And it can stabilize mood and help with depression. So like many of the other peptides that we have been discussing, it can do so much. It's not just one thing, these peptides are truly helping other our entire bodies get well. Now I want to tell you a little bit about my story with it. So I began taking it about a year and a half ago and I started with the Biolab brand and I was using one spray so that's only 50 micrograms per night. I noticed right away that I was sleeping so much deeper and recharging faster. I could feel like I slept 8 hours when I only slept 6. For a while I had a hard time believing it was really true or that I was, you know, really getting enough sleep. I thought is this okay for me? But I would never get tired. The next day I felt great and I am proof and many other people with their stories that you can sleep less and get just as restorative quality of sleep when you take D sip. After taking it for all that time, I decided I should take a break and see what happened. So I skipped approximately a week of it. My sleep fell apart. I was waking up sometimes four times a night. I could not fall back asleep. I slept terrible. One night I managed to get about nine hours of non consecutive sleep. I felt so tired the next day. Even after that I could not get regular sleep. And that's kind of how I was before I ever took the sleep peptide. So then I decided to restart it. However when I restarted it I also switched to Limitless brand and I also took more product. So I the very first night I took two and a half sprays. The reason is because the first spray was half spray. Then also I was reading that People commonly take between 100 and 150 micrograms of D sip. So I thought I'm going to try 100 micrograms. But I ended up with two and a half sprays, approximately 125 micrograms. I was noticeably tired, ready to get into my bed, even though I wasn't before I took it. And also it they say to take it between one and three hours before sleep. I usually find that one hour is, is good. So I was so tired, got into bed, fell right asleep quick, and then I slept like a rock. I didn't wake up once, not even once to go to the bathroom. 0 I woke up the next day and I felt very recharged. But also until about noon I felt a little like groggy in a way. I feel that I took too much and but this is a good sign because it shows that it is slowing your brain waves down and it's doing something. You just need to get to the right dose. So since then I've been experimenting with anywhere from one spray to two sprays. I. I have not used three, which would be the full 150 micrograms. I find that with one spray it doesn't make me fall asleep and it does help me sleep deeper. It sometimes helps me fall back asleep if I wake up in the middle of the night. But inconsistent. So with two sprays it does make me fall asleep quicker. And initially also I typically don't wake up in the night if I do so go to the bathroom, come back, fall, but right back asleep. Barely even remember it like when I was young. Right. Not any sleep that I've had recently before trying this peptide. Certainly normally I wake up and I am up, my brain starts going and I can't slow it down. So what dip does is it keeps your brain at that lower brain wave, lower level. And when you wake up in the night, your brain stays there and you go back to sleep. It is like magic for me, someone who can't fall asleep very well. So I recommend that if you're going to try this one, that you experiment, you know, try one dose, one spray, see how it goes. Try two sprays. If you're someone who needs three sprays, maybe you do. But it certainly the bottom line is it works. It. There's no arguing that this peptide works. It works for myself, it works for my daughter and many other people have mentioned how well it works for them. So it's definitely one to try. Now there are two options that I have purchased from which I mentioned Are Biolab and Limitless. I. I would base where you get it from on what country you're in and what's going to be the most cost effective for you. I can't say if the Limitless product truly works better. It very well may. But also maybe their sprayer is putting out more volume, I don't know. But if you are overseas, you probably want to just try Biolab. It's going to be cheaper for you if you are in the usa for, for sure, go for Limitless. I will put all the information and their coupon codes in the blog post. I'll throw them up on the screen real quick also, so you can take a screenshot if you want. And I highly recommend this one. It's not very expensive. The bottle lasts a long time. People have asked me that before and usually companies will say anywhere between around 100 sprays. These bottles should last sometimes less. Our sleep is so important. It really cascade. The effects of poor sleep cascade down to everything else in our life. And some people say, you know, if there's one thing you can fix, fix your sleep even before diet. So while of course both of those are very important, sleep is so, so critical. I'm going to show you now, if you purchase this peptide, what you will do with what you receive. So you will receive the peptides, a spray bottle and deionized water or saline and a syringe. And I'll show you exactly what you do with them so that you can reconstitute it. It's really very easy. It's one of those things. It might look a little intimidating at first, but. But once you do it one time yourself, you'll be a pro. Today we're going to do this while we watch my other video on reconstitution. So first you put together the needle by just screwing on the top. Then you pull back the plunger on the syringe to insert some air. What you're going to do is put the air into the deionized water bottle so that it's easier to extract it. And then you pull back to about 3ml or less. You want to take that and put it directly into the peptide bottle. It's going to pull the plunger down automatically because of the vacuum seal. Then you swirl it around. Some people have said don't shake it, but the limitless instructions actually say to shake it. So we kind of go with somewhere in between and just swish it around. Then what you want to do is open up your nasal spray bottle and Extract the peptide solution. Now, when you first pull it back, it can be difficult. I use my thumb to hold back the plunger. And you'll see next time we're going to insert some air into that bottle and it's going to help quite a bit. So we're putting some air into the peptide bottle and then watch how much more I get. It actually comes out automatically and you can put that into the nasal spray bottle and then you just keep going until you get all of the parts of it. You may have to turn your bottle on the side or upside down depending on the length of your needle. But I find that with few tries you can get it all. And the next part after that is going to be that you want to fill the rest of the deionized water. Or if you have Biolabs brand, it's going to be saline. And if you have Biolabs brand, you might want to watch this other video that I made that we're watching today because that time I did a biolab specific reconstitution. So you continue putting the deionized water or saline into the nasal spray bottle until you have it all in there. And while I do that, I'm going to talk just for a second about sublingual dosing. I have found and others in our group have found that these peptides do work if you split spray them under the tongue. Some people even just spraying them in the mouth and they work. So don't let anyone tell you that it can't work. While of course nasal spray is the preferred method, you can try using them sublingually. So that's an important tip to know for anyone who doesn't want to use a nasal spray. And then after you finish putting all of the water in, just swirl it around a little more and you're all set. You, you can store it in the refrigerator. If you have any other questions, both companies will send you an instruction sheet that you can look at. And that's it. You did a great job. The last thing we want to discuss is what peptides stack well with D sip. There are two that I would recommend if you need even additional help with sleep. I'm going to put more about each of them in the blog post. First one is pineal apnea and it can help reset the circadian rhythm. It can help boost melatonin production and it's especially beneficial for anyone who is older in age. It's very anti aging. The next one is the Celanq nasal spray. I have a video about this. It's phenomenal for calming a restless mind. I I mentioned in that video about how it helped me when I wake up in the night and I have a restless mind, it can just completely calm down my mind. Now, I don't necessarily need it when I take D sip. I have not used it once since I restarted D sip. What I found was I was using it while I wasn't taking D sip. So whether you need to stack these together, I don't think you do. I think that you could just increase your dose of D SIP and sleep through the night. But if you are waking in the night and you have a restless mind and you can't seem to solve it with D sip, you could try Salank and that's all from me. On sleep, I think you are going to find that you can recharge yourself faster and and feel more refreshed than you ever have. Sleep like you're young again and healthy again. And in turn your body is going to get so much healthier. Any type of chronic illness you have is just going to be that much easier for you to overcome. So thanks so much for joining us here today. I really appreciate your time watching the video. Check out the blog post and if you have any questions, leave them in the comments course. We'd love it if you leave a like or if you want to subscribe to our channel and that you have a wonderful day and we will talk again soon.
