If you want to play in college, learn to love the schedule, the work just as much as your sport. This is the average day in the life of a student athlete in college. It is nothing like being a regular student in college. It is a full time job. Typically you're going to start off the day waking up between 5 and 5:30 to get to your workout at 6am that will go to about 7 or 7:15. You're going to do weight training, you're going to do conditioning. And especially as an athlete coming into college, you need to be prepared for your weight training tests, your conditioning tests that you need to meet to make the team. After you're done with working out, you'll have some time for breakfast. Then you're gonna have class around 8 or 9 depending on your day, that will go to 12 or 1 for your classes, you're gonna have a little bit of lunch and then you're gonna get to the facility, prepare for practice between 2 and 2:30, typically give or take 30 minutes or so. Practice will go to about 6, 6:30 or so depending on what you're going to do at practice. And then if you're a freshman, you're going to have study hall after a practice, maybe 7:30 to 8:30. You're going to have some dinner and repeat. Good luck.
