As a high school baseball player, what should you be focused on this fall and winter in the offseason? Even though there's no offseason, we're always trying to get better on and off the field as we go. And there is no offseason in recruiting. College coaches and scouts are always recruiting 24 7, 365. They're always looking for good ballplayers. And before I get into that, congratulations to all of the premier athletes signing their NLI this week, Their national letter of intent. The the future is bright. Now, what should be focused on this fall and winter? Your physicality. Why? Because this is what college coaches first sees taking a look at your body type, right? I am not the biggest guy in the world from as far as being tall. All right, I'm shorter. But what really helped me was my physicalness being strong in the weight room. So get strong in the weight room, especially this time of year, and work on your skill development at your position. Work on your athleticism and improving those skills.
