Here are the four best ways to increase your velocity to get more velo out of your arm. Number one, we need to throw the ball harder, more consistently throughout the week. Come up with a weekly game plan of when you're going to be throwing and the days that you're going to be throwing hard. Two times a week, three times a week, four times a week. Depending on your arm health and how you recover. It can be long toss. It can be without a partner, in a net or in a throwing sock or a velocity pin with a catcher. But be more consistent at throwing the ball hard. This will help you throw so much. Number two is weight training. Explosive movement. Getting strong in the weight room can solve a lot of your problems. Number three is mobility. Making sure we're staying mobile in our shoulders and our hips and our legs and all of that for one velocity, but injury prevention as well. And then number four is recovery. Your sleep and your hydration and your nutrition. Very, very key on helping your arm get better and recover.
