You guys voted for it. So let's talk about hitting high velocity fastballs better. The harder that guy throws, the better our swing needs to be the best hitters in the world get on time. And how do they get on time? Less is more in rhythm. Let me explain, okay? They're on time with their load, they're on time with their foot. And most importantly, they're on time with that barrel to the ball. Alright. They don't have any unnecessary movement. So take any unnecessary movement out of your swing. Whether that's a big load or a big step. I used to have that or a lot going on. Hands casting out. You need to be efficient with your movements. Less is more. Okay. And having rhythm. So when I say take any unnecessary movement out of it doesn't mean you're a stiff board. You don't want to be stiff. You want to have a little bit of rhythm. That's going to relax you. You want to be relaxed. You want to be relaxed with your wrists so you are quick and snappy to towards that ball. And then get your barrel on plane with that ball. And then see as much high velocity as you can. Machines are great for this. Then anytime you can get in a bullpen, even standing in to see high velocity, good luck.
