Hey, how you doing? Alex here. Hey, listen, things are starting to probably get harder for you, okay? Or not as easy as they were coming the first couple days with our goals and resolutions, right? We're about a week in from writing those things down or starting those goals and resolutions and the motivation is pretty much gone for most of us, okay? Hey, and motivation is a great tool. It gets us going, right? It gets us rolling to that goal, into that resolution, that end point that we want. It helps us do, do those daily actions. But eventually it's gone, right? And what comes down to is self discipline and doing the habits and actions that you need to do on a daily basis, even when you don't want to. That is what winners are all about. Doing things when they don't want to do it because they know they need to do it to ultimately get to where they want to be, right? When things get really hard, they have that end goal, that end resolution in mind and, and saying, hey, no, not today. I'm not taking day to day off. I'm not going to take this cheat day. I'm going to get it done. And every time you do get it done, it feels that much better. And every time you don't do what you're supposed to do, you feel guilty about it, all right? That's just the reality of it. Don't be that person. Don't feel that guilt, right? Stay disciplined. You know, you can do it. You can do it. All right, You've set it out. You did it those first few days, six days. And if you missed a day, get back on the train. Don't just give up. Too many people do that is, hey, they feel like a failure, they screwed up, they didn't do something correctly that one day that was towards their goals, they skipped it or they ate something that they weren't supposed to eat. Just get back on the train and work on that self discipline. Because understand motivation eventually goes away and when it ultimately comes down is self discipline. You can do it. You got to keep that end goal in mind when things get hard. And don't listen to that voice, don't negotiate with yourself. Make it a non negotiable. You're going to do what you need to do. Hey, have a good one and I'll see you in the next video.
