Hey, college coaches look at your metrics in this recruiting process. But it's just one piece of the puzzle. People overemphasize this, I should say a lot of people over emphasize this, but most people forget this. Does your metrics, they forget this translate into the game? Does your metrics translate into the game? That's what college coaches really care about. Okay, I can give you an example. Maybe a high school player has an exit velocity of 103. Incredible. Wow. But he gets in a game and he strikes out three of the four times he has in that bat. And he popped up the other time. Okay, that's just an example of my point that I'm making here. Okay, Metrics are important to a certain extent, but what really matters is your game performance. So maybe you're an athlete like me when I didn't have eye popping numbers or metrics. Okay, but I performed in the game. That's how I got to where I was without having the best metrics. Now you have to meet certain standards. Absolutely. But. But the game performance is what matters.
