When a college coach invites you and your family on a campus visit, these are the questions that you're going to want to ask to make sure that this is a good fit and give you some clarity going through the recruiting process. As a former D1 coach, scout, and recruiter who's done hundreds of college visits, these are the best questions that were asked. Number 1: What's your developmental plan for an athlete like me at my position? Number 2: What do you need from me to help me come and contribute to the team right away? Number 3, what usually causes an athlete to enter the transfer portal? And number 4, what's the day in the life like as an athlete in season and also out of season? The best visits are the ones where you leave with real clarity and a developmental picture. Good luck.
