A short YouTube coaching clip by Alex Swenson advising athletes on how to catch college coaches' attention. Swenson emphasizes that first impressions matter more than stats: (1) carry yourself with confident body language and appropriate body type, (2) display standout athleticism (quickness, explosiveness, fluidity), and (3) show high energy and effort that uplifts teammates. The video closes by asking viewers to comment what coaches notice in their sport.
