AI Business Manifesto Live - October 2 2026

In this October 2 2026 live stream, entrepreneur and strategist Rich Schefren opens by acknowledging his recent absence and sharing recent speaking engagements (Funnel Hacking Live, Tampa mastermind, Mike Filsaime’s mastermind). He then introduces a new AI‑driven system he has been building, describing it as the first platform that personalizes outcomes by rendering self‑defeating behaviors irrelevant. The core of the system consists of two orchestration layers of agents that supervise, execute, and coordinate a hierarchy of “leads” (department‑like agents such as teaching, engineering, conversion, etc.). Each lead maintains its own “imprint” – a window onto a massive rule bank (1,088 rules) – and runs a loop that reads state, issues work to cheap workers, records receipts, and updates a 39‑line state file. The system can automatically generate full presentations, including voice‑over, as demonstrated with a real‑world example from his Funnel Hacking Live talk. Schefren emphasizes the surprising amount of surrounding code required to get top AI performance, his fascination with the coding side, and his desire to help others adopt AI. He also shares personal logistics (upcoming live streams, a visit from Donnie French) and ends with a weekend sign‑off.

I am live. Okay, let me find out what, what microphone I'm using. I'm using this microphone. Hello, hello, hello. I haven't been on recently, so I apologize for that. And, uh, just super happy to be here. We'll see if anyone shows up today since I haven't been live in a while, so who knows. But, you know, been traveling quite a bit. Did— presented at Funnel Hacking Live, and that was kind of cool.
That was cool.
And also went to a mastermind early this week on Monday in Tampa, then another one on Wednesday here with Mike Filsaime. And so Lots going on. And when I was at Funnel Hacking Live, I— what I was, uh, presenting on was a new system that I've been developing. Super, super excited about it. It's the first system out there that takes into account, uh, who you are and your issues and then makes those issues irrelevant by making whatever your self-defeating behaviors are no longer relevant to getting the outcome. And what that requires is 2 layers of agents that do no work, but just orchestrate, execute, and supervise. And so that's what I've been busy doing. And so what's been interesting, probably the most interesting thing for me as it relates to doing all of this AI work, Is how much coding is actually required. That more and more now, to get the best performance out of the AI that you're using, right, you need to surround it with a lot of code. And so I'm kind of like been blown away at how much code there really is to do. And so I've been spending more and more time on the coding side of AI. Which I find fascinating and, um, has allowed me to build an insanely robust system. Curious if you guys have any AI questions. That's really why I do this. And if there is any questions, I'm happy to answer it. Have a couple people watching, uh, throughout the internet right now. And, uh, if you have a question, throw me— throw it at me and I'd be happy to answer it. And if not, then at least I showed up like I said I was going to, and then I'll bail. I got lots of things I could be doing right now, but wanna be there and help anyone that's interested in getting help with AI because AI has done so much for me and really changed my life. And I know it can change other people's lives and I wanna be that force that helps people kind of jump on that. But maybe because I haven't been around for a while, like on, and there are actually a few that said I was gonna show up and then I didn't. That maybe I've, uh, gotta start all over again, which I think I'm gonna have to do. So I appreciate those of you that are on, on Instagram and those of you that are on, on YouTube. Um, but that's all I got today. And so have a wonderful weekend. I will do some live streams next week, but I'm probably not going to do them daily anymore. I'm going to figure out a better routine that actually allows me to come with something So when there are no questions, I at least have stuff that I can share with you guys. So have a wonderful weekend. Uh, I hope that your weekend is as productive as mine's going to be. Uh, I'll be spending a lot of time on this new system, uh, and really getting the coding right. Uh, that's what I've been kind of back and forth with quite a bit. So I got a really cool Friday, uh, scheduled. I got, um, my friend Donnie French coming over, which, uh, to catch up. And, uh, and so I'm super excited about that. And, uh, let me see, actually, I'd love to see if I can play something real quick, see if we can do that. So hold on, this is like behind the scenes in my, um, let's see, this was a presentation that my system created for the Mastermind.
Let's see if I can quickly grab it. Let's see. Uh-huh. Nicole is texting me. Let's see, can, well, when I open this up, will it go? Let's see, boom.
This is when—
Yeah, I have to figure out a way to download this first.
Let's see. Can I? Let's see, add to photos library. I think I did add the photos library. Let's just see.
Um, hold on. All right, this will be worth it. I promise you it'll be worth it if I can do this. Oh, it looks like I can.
All right, so let's see, can I just pull this in here? I think I can. No, can I? Let's see. All right, let's add this. Oh nope. Cancel that.
Uh, one sec, guys.
Let's see, present or invite. Let's see, video file. Cool.
All right, and then I can do this, move this to downloads.
All right, cool. Date created, date added. There we go.
All right.
All right.
Well, here I am to talk to you about an AI.
Oh no, this is not the one I wanted.
Your judgment, but that is really—that's not the one I wanted.
This is the one I wanted. No, that's not the one I wanted. Ah, there we go. Uh huh. All right. All right, now let's do that again.
Sorry guys. Uh, let's see, video file.
There we go. All right, here we go.
System with one talk running through it, 14 layers in the order they run. Funnel Hacking Live, the talk I gave on September 23rd, is the example from start to finish. Everything you're about to see is a real file on my machine. With a date on it. Nothing here is a claim about how a crowd felt. The one-line version: a chief of staff and 7 department leads that know me hand real work to cheap workers, judge the result by my judgment, and check afterward whether they got me right. Me: corrections into the imprint. One bank, 1,088 rules. Every lead has its own imprint, a window onto that bank. The pages tagged for its claim.
Sorry, it's so blurry. I don't know why.
Teaching reads 477 of the 1,088. Engineering, 628. Conversion, 495. The picker picks the 30 for each request from the lead's own window. Morgan, the chief of staff, runs 7 leads: teaching, engineering, conversion, thought leadership, competitive intel, client delivery, acquisition. Leads write briefs. Cheap workers build. 4 things the leads do: predict what I'll say before asking me, An independent review before anything reaches me. Every version kept, nothing overwritten. And after delivery, what I actually said versus what we prepared. FHL lived in one lead's folder for 28 days, about 90 files, every one dated. Everything you see from here on came out of that folder. Each lead has a folder, a 39-line state file, what's true now, an inbox, notes from me, Morgan, other leads, workers, A predictions log, an evidence folder with a receipt per turn, and the briefs it handed to workers. A turn is: read state and inbox, act on what's in your authority, hand real work to a worker, write state and a receipt, stop. Leads never wait on workers. The result lands as the next inbox note. Amanda, my teaching lead, owned the talk from Ashley's text on August 31st to the recording on September 28th. Everything in the folder was produced by that loop.
Before, I'm gonna pause it because I think it's like really kind of blurry, isn't it? And I'm not really sure why. So what I'll do is I'll actually figure out why it's so blurry and I'll play other parts of it when, uh, I'm back on Monday or sometime next week, uh, actually.
The—
but what this walks you through is basically how my system creates presentations for me, um, Actually, that's not me, by the way. Uh, that's AI with my voice. And, uh, because at this point my system can make my presentations better than I can make them. And so that's what it does. And, uh, it's really somewhat liberating. But with that said, I'm seeing that I'm getting a bunch of texts. I don't know what's going on. Maybe something's changed in my world that I don't know about. Um, so have a wonderful weekend. I see you, Chris Vogelman. And, um, I let my agents pick their own names. I don't know if that's, uh, um, I don't know. I figured I'd let them have some autonomy there. Anyway, have a wonderful weekend, and to higher profits beyond, this is Rich Schefren, over and out.
