AI Business Manifesto Live - September 8 2026

In this September 8 2026 livestream, Rich Schefren unveils a complete redesign of his AI‑driven operating system, Zenith Mind OS, which he argues is the next evolution for entrepreneurs in the AI era. He explains why traditional departmental structures are obsolete and introduces a new architecture built around “output lanes” – distinct streams of work (thought leadership, teaching, conversion, client delivery) each led by an Output‑Lane Director. A Chief of Staff, Morgan, coordinates these directors and leverages a suite of autonomous modules (Finisher, Grease Slide, Stand‑In, Namer & Claimer, Shot Clock) that identify and neutralize psychological and operational obstacles such as unfinished projects, decision paralysis, unregistered intellectual property, and deadline slippage. Rich demonstrates how the system mines a founder’s past behavior to pre‑emptively eliminate barriers, turning personal flaws into automated processes. He contrasts this with the earlier four‑phase version of Zenith Mind OS, noting that the new execution phase now fully automates completion and decision‑making. Throughout the session, Rich and co‑host Kevin navigate live screen‑sharing glitches while walking through diagrams of the hierarchy and module functions, emphasizing the practical, real‑time applicability of the system for scaling entrepreneurial output.

Hello, hello, hello.
Welcome everyone. And since I've no-showed for a couple days in a row, I wonder if anyone's gonna show today. Um, but I have a good reason why I was not on live streaming. And, uh, the reason why is that, uh, I've been knee-deep in actually redoing my entire AI system, and I am so stoked In what I have built recently. It's insanely valuable and it really is game changer. In fact, I believe that this will be the next evolution on how entrepreneurs work. So I'm super, super stoked about it. In fact, I— hey, Kevin, I wanna show it to you.
Yeah.
And it really is Something I've been talking about for quite a while is that businesses need to be redesigned, that the way businesses were designed pre-AI really do not apply themselves to this new AI age. And one of the biggest areas that that is very, very true is in departments. There is no reason anymore to house things as departments in a business Because back then, you know, every area had their area of expertise, and you'd pull in those experts from the different departments. That's not really how things need to be done anymore. And because of that, the way I've defaulted to is instead of departments, output lanes. What are the outputs that I'm responsible for? And then having an agent in charge of each of those output lanes, and then who doesn't do the work but manages that output. And has sub-agents below them, frameworks, skills, etc. And then in addition to that, having my chief of staff who works with me and all of those output lane directors. And so what it looks like is something like this.
Let's see.
What it looks like is, let me see here. So what you'll see here is these are the processes right now, because I'm, like I said, I redesigned it all this weekend. So right now what I'm doing is I am actually—
hold on, let me just pull this over here. All right. Now, where is—
I just lost— whoops, I just lost—
there you go. There's StreamYard. I was like, oh my God, I just lost StreamYard.
Okay, so, uh, anyway, uh, this is what's currently being worked on, as you can see. And then underneath here, you'll see that Morgan is my chief of staff. I let my agents pick their own names. So Morgan is the chief of staff, and, uh, this is what Morgan does for me. But Morgan has a morning huddle with All of the output lane directors, and those are here. So as you can see, there's Ellis, he's— who's in charge of thought leadership, uh, develop Rich's thought leadership and intellectual property into source-grounded public work. So everything goes through here as it relates to that kind of output. Teaching output is done by Amanda. Conversion output is done by Jay. Uh, client delivery is by Phil.
Right.
Right? So you get this group of people that are all your support. And then what I've been working on all weekend— show you one other thing. Let's see what would be the best way to show it to you— is what I am probably most excited to share. And I think anyone who grasps this will be excited too. Um, I— let's see, image file. Can I do an image file?
Uh, yeah, I can. Can I do all of these? Is that possible? Can I? No. Okay. All right, gotta do them one at a time.
So with this new designed system, what I was just showing you, right, what that now enables is for Zenith Mind OS to be able to find every issue that is currently standing in your way from getting your best performance, every obstacle, every self-defeating behavior, every false belief, etc., and then build into a system that makes those things irrelevant. So, for example, the 80% stall is Actually, that's the problem, right? What solves that is the finisher. Let me see if I can open up another one of the images here. Hold on.
Yeah, I can. Okay. So I can, I'm going to do one at a time here.
So these are all modules that, or agents you could say, or skills that my chief of staff leverages as it is working and doing everything behind the scenes for me. So what the finisher does is make sure that every single project started gets completed. And it does that by, one, it doesn't allow a project to start without something being responsible for finishing it. And when a project crosses this 70% line, What Morgan does is notices it and then hands it off without even asking me, right? So that every single thing I start does get finished. And that's the finisher. Just go to another slide. I'm just trying to pull up different images here because I wasn't really necessarily going to pull all this up.
Let's see.
Right. So It, it handles me abandoning projects at the last 20%. It handles me abandoning projects once it's running and me not following through. And does this make sense, what I'm saying? So that's kind of the idea of the finisher. And then the—
I'll remove this, remove that, and then I'm going to add one more here. Oh nope, cancel that. Uh, I need to add one more here. So how do I add another slide? I will Hold on a second, guys. Add this and then remove it. Okay. Oh, I gotta remove it this way. Okay. Remove from studio. All right.
Now here, got one more image to show you. So here's what it looks like. These are all of the, I guess for lack of a better word, modules. that my chief of staff has that make every single one of my flaws irrelevant. The finisher finishes everything they get started. The grease slide starts everything so that it's easy for me to jump in. The stand-in actually makes decisions for me when I'm not here based on all the decisions I've made in the past. The namer and claimer is recognizing that I don't always, uh, really mark my spots as far as all the phrases I come up with that then get taken by the world. So that is about registering it, like the imprint, right? Like if I wanna buy the imprint website now, it'll cost me $100,000. If I wanted to buy the imprint before I wrote the report, the AI Manifesto, Business Manifesto, it would've been $10. I forgot to register it and someone else registered it and now it's $100,000. So it prevents stuff from that, like that happening. The shot clock. Like once I'm past the deadline on something, the whole system has the shot clock of making sure that I'm aware of that it's behind. And everyone that works with me, like my whole output lane directors, are aware of it too. Now, in addition to that, those output line directors, right, they are the, they are the expert on that kind of output. They know more about creating that output in my voice than I do, which means that they're also available to my entire team. So Ashley in marketing can bring Jay, who's in charge of all the stuff that I create around conversion, and her— she can pull Jay in, she can ask Jay like what I would do here, what he would do, um, etc. So this is the beginning of making every single thing that has ever stood in your way Eliminated. And this has been what I've been working towards for the last 2 years. When I first started Zenith Mind OS, there were 4 phases, and the 4th phase, execution, could only go so far because AI could only go so far. But that's all changed now. And so now we literally can mine your entire past, figure out all the baggage that has stood between you and the results that you want, Then engineer it out of your way of working by giving you a chief of staff, heads of output lanes, and an understanding of your deep psychology. So super excited about it. That's why I had my head like down and wasn't talking to anyone in the world because I so wanted to kind of get this to this state. And that's what I did all Labor Day weekend, but super excited about today because of it. Uh, sorry that I hadn't been here for the last couple of days. So with that, um, really take a look at this whole process here, right? This— let's see, I'm gonna remove this and just back to this for a second, right?
So Let's see.
Let's condense responsibilities for a second. Let me get out of the way here. As so these are the different output lanes, right? So we have Ellis who's in charge of editorial and articles, right? I develop it with Ellis. Then Ellis goes to a sub-agent and actually. assigns it. And so this is how, like, the work actually works in my system now. Everything starts with the output lane people, right? The directors. If I'm doing something in thought leadership, I just go right to Ellis and I talk about it. Morgan is always watching because Morgan is my Chief of Staff and wants to know everything that I have lined up, knows what I'm responsible for, what obligations are out there. Then below, let's see, I don't know if you can see this.
Let's see if I can add this. Let's see here, one second. Remove from Studio. Let's see if I can just add a screen. Extra camera. Okay, slides or PDFs, video file. Maybe video file? See? It wouldn't be a video file. No. Uh, let's see, how would I do this?
Um, ah, what I wanted to—
let's see. Yeah, slides. No, it wouldn't be a slide or PDF. Um, damn it. Um, let's see.
Yeah, I can't show you right now. What I wanted to show you was the lower monitor that I have, the small monitor I have in Below this big monitor. What I have on there now is what my chief of staff is waiting for from me. If I want to click another tab, I can see all the conversations that are going on between the directors and the chief of staff. And this was all built from scratch, and it is highly optimized towards eliminating personal flaws in its ability to create output. So with that, um, first day back after the holiday, even though it wasn't a holiday for me, I just had my head down. I want to thank you guys for being here. Thanks, Kevin, especially you for being so active. And, um, for those— for everyone else, thanks for checking this out. I'll be back tomorrow. I'm back to my routine, and I will see you then. To higher profits beyond. Rich Schefren, over and out.
