The speaker urges total commitment to God and warns that the real tragedy is dying with unused gifts. He uses Elisha's failure to pass on his anointing and MLK's dream speech to show why you must share your gifts now, so they outlive you.

Next point. Make a promise to God and to yourself. Make a promise to your family. Make a promise to those that God has connected you to. Make a promise to this ministry that you will give all that you have to give. Joshua 24:15 says, if it seem evil unto you to serve the Lord, choose you this day— make a decision today that you're going to go all in And that you're not going to hold back, that you're going to start using all that God has given you. Again, the tragedy in life is not dying. It's dying being full of what God gave you because you didn't do anything with it with the time that you have. Yes. We have in Scripture where we see Elijah passing on the mantle to Elisha. And then going on to heaven, but Elisha not passing it on to anyone else. And when he died, his strength, his grace, his mantle, his anointing died with him. How do we know this? Because a dead man who was injured in war was thrown accidentally into the grave of Elisha, and when he fell down into the grave and touched Elisha's bones, he revived. Amen. This man's greatness died and was buried with him. Do not let it be the case that your greatness dies with you. That's right. Do not let it be the case that your gifts and your creativity die with you. Don't let your dream die with you. Dr. King says, I have a dream. And he says, I may not get to the promised land, but I've been able to see it. In other words, I may not go there myself, but I'm taking what God has given me and I'm passing it on to the next generation.
