In your future. In your future. It do look a whole lot better Than you do right now. Come on, give yourself a round of applause. Now say this with me before you take your seat. Put your hand right here and repeat after me. I am special. I am special. I have greatness on my life. I have greatness on my life. I can do all things. I can do all things. All things are possible. All things are possible. I will live my dream. I will live my dream. I will give my life. I will give my life. All that I can give. All that I can give. To accomplish. All that I can accomplish. I make a promise to me that the rest of my life will be the best of my life. You believe that? I believe that. Give yourself a round of applause. Thank you. Please be seated. My name is Rico Sharp. I am a motivational speaker, life coach, entrepreneur. Mentor to athletes in the NBA, mentor to athletes in the NFL, mentor to professional WBO boxers. I have been speaking for 33 years in schools and jails and prisons and courthouses and colleges and churches, for businesses, for corporate America. Just a couple of days ago last week, I spoke twice— 3 times actually— in Tampa to a federal government event, a conference there that was for FBI agents, Department of Intelligence, HUD agents, HUD agents, and Homeland Security Department agencies, and so forth. Listen, my goal to be here today is to bring out the best in you and to help you to understand that there is nothing that you can't accomplish when you set your heart. and your mind to accomplish it. You're young, you got your whole life ahead of you, and there are some things in life that you're going to have to take advantage of. Today I want to talk to you on this subject entitled Never Give Up on You. Say this with me: Never— Never— Will I ever— Will I ever— Give up— Give up— On me— On me— Come on, say it again. You can do a little bit better. Never— Never— Will I ever— Will I ever— Give up— Give up— On me— On me— Now, if you were in the NBA arena right now watching the Orlando Magic play or in Jacksonville Jaguar Stadium and you were cheering on for your team, like, you can really come with some bass in your voice, right? You can raise the volume up, right? Right now we're talking about something more important than a football or basketball game. We're talking about you. We're talking about your life. And what I need you to do is to really take this moment serious and begin to focus on how you're going to see yourself in life 5 years, 10 years, 15 years, 20 years down the road. So say this one more time with me. Never— Never— Raise it up. Never, never will I ever, will I ever give up, give up on me. One more time. Never, never will I ever, will I ever give up, give up on me. Do you mean that? Yes. Because I need to know that you mean that, right? Yes. Because right now you owe that to you, right? You, you have to make that commitment to yourself, and then you have to commit to your commitment. You have to promise yourself that, and then you have to make a promise to your promise. Because we tend to go easy on our dream. We tend to go in cruise control when it comes down to things that are very, very important for our lives. And we're going to dig into that today. All right. But I really want you to focus on understanding that giving up on you is never an option. Giving up on you is never an option. In life, you'll find that there are quitters and there are winners. You will find that there are people who are living their dream and experiencing the best that life has to offer. And then there are people, unfortunately, ladies and gentlemen, that are living under bridges, living in homeless shelters, some sleeping under trees, some sleeping on the street corner, eating out of trash cans, which is where I started at, by the way. At 13 years of age, homeless, living on the street, sleeping under the oak tree, eating out of trash cans. And one day I realized, after being incarcerated multiple times, that I have to really discover the true me and not allow for myself to let my story end with me being homeless and on the street. I realized that I had a dream and I needed to apply determination, willpower, ambition, tenacity to my dream so that I can see my dream become my reality. When you think about what you want to do with your life, you have to think about it with a serious meditation. Like, you got to really put some thought into it and really focus on where you see yourself going with your life, because the truth is Life is not fair. Life is not fair. Life can be difficult. Life is hard sometimes. When you see people giving up, when you see people doing things that, you know, make you wonder like, wow, why are they living that way? Why are they doing those things? Listen, life is hard. Yes. And when life is hard, you have to be harder. Yes. Life is tough. And when life is tough, you have to be tougher. Because in this world, only the strong shall survive. And you have to be strong. You have to believe that you can win in life, because winners don't quit and quitters don't win. And so I want you to start to think about, how do I overcome in life? How do I win against life? Life is, is like a boxing match. You have to get in the ring with life. Life is an opponent. Life is a competitor. And nothing great in life comes easy. Even failure costs you something. Even failure is expensive. Even failure requires effort. And if you're going to put effort in to fail, ladies and gentlemen, then you might as well put the effort in to succeed. That's right. How many of you understand what I'm saying so far? You need to put the effort in to succeed in life. Your parents believe in you, that you're going to do the right thing with your life and the time you have here at Florida Technical College. Some of you may have kids, you may be a father or mother, and if so, they believe in you, that you're going to do what you need to do. Yes, sir. But what I need to happen, number one, is I need you to begin believing in you. You're not just going through school just to be coasting along the way. You're not just here as if you're in high school just to sit back and go through the motions. You're here for the purpose of higher learning, and I need you to see yourself graduating. I need you to see yourself moving on into your future. I need you to see yourself actually operating And the career field that you're in this school to receive. I need you to look at your life and begin to see yourself living successfully, because otherwise you're wasting your time. Otherwise, you're just going through the motions. Can I inform you that there are people with a college degree that are homeless? Can I inform you that there are people with a college degree in prison? Can I inform you that there are people with a college degree that's sitting at the bar every single night drinking their life away because of sorrows, regrets, and failures? Can I inform you that there are people with a college degree that are in crack houses? The only thing that's going to separate you from the people with the college degree that are in prison, on the street, on drugs, and at the bar is the moment you look yourself in the mirror and promise you, I will never give up on me. Come on, say that with me again. I will never give up on me. I will never give up on me. Come on, I need you to say it like you mean it. I will never give up on me. I will never give up on me. One more time. I will never give up on me. Now, people will give up on you. Society will give up on you. Society will look at you and write you off like a bad check and turn and walk away from you as if you don't exist and as if you don't matter. But you cannot duplicate, imitate, or emulate how society treats you. There are times that people you love will walk away from you. People you love will give up on you. People you love will call it quits and not want to support you anymore. I hear you. Sometimes people are in school and, and classes of higher learning trying to get a vocational trade so that they can go on and improve their lives. At the same time, they got all kind of trouble going on at home. Sometimes they're going through a divorce. Sometimes they got family members that have some type of terminal sickness. They have situations where they battle mentally and emotionally in their minds. But you have to not allow for how other people treat you and for what life can throw at you to cause for you to give up on you. Then there are times that family members walk away from you in the time of need. Some of you have experienced this at an early age. Maybe you needed some financial support. Maybe you needed moral support. Maybe you needed emotional support. Maybe you needed someone just to be there to talk to because you were having some tough times in life. And then at some point, you couldn't get the help and the support you needed, even from those who are sworn to love you for who you are all the days of your life. Sometimes Girlfriends, boyfriends, husbands, and wives will give up on you and walk away from you. That's a such thing called divorce. And when you go through a divorce, that's your spouse's way of saying, I'm quitting you, I'm giving up on you. When a girlfriend or boyfriend walks off, that's their way of saying, I'm giving up on you. But regardless of a girlfriend, boyfriend, husband, wife, family member, society, friend, or anyone giving up on you, You must never give up on you. I need you to promise you that. I need you to promise and vow to yourself that you will always be there for you, that you would never give up on you, that you would never divorce you, that you would never walk out on you, that you would never quit you. Is it going to get hard sometimes? Yes. Yes. Are you gonna feel like quitting? Yes. Are you gonna feel like giving up? Yes. Are you gonna feel like life is not fair? Yes. Are you gonna want to cry sometimes? Yes. Because life is a dogfight, ladies and gentlemen. It's pit bull against pit bull. And when you go up against a pit bull, you can't bring a chihuahua mentality to the fight. You got to be willing to get in the ring and fight for you. How many times do you get to live in this world? Once. Once. You get one time, you get one chance, you get one opportunity to live in this world. And if you only get one opportunity, then it is in your best interest that you take advantage of this one opportunity and make the best of it. You see, everything else in life is secondary. You, you are primary. You are your most prized possession. You don't have anything better going for you than you in life. Having a person in your life that you love, that's great. We all need love. We all want love, but what I need you to do is understand that it begins with you loving you. And so I'm gonna give you some practical steps, and if you have something to write with, write it down, or do your best to remember, or put it in your phone. Number 1, how do I not give up on me? Number 1, I believe in me. Right. I must always believe in me. Say this with me. I will always believe in me. Come on, you think you're better than that? I will always believe in me. I need you to mean that when you say that. I need you to mean that, that you will always believe in you. What does it mean to believe in you? It means to believe in your ability to do what needs to be done to realize your dream. It means to have confidence in you. It means to know that I am enough, that I have what it takes, and that there is nothing in life too hard or too difficult for me. To believe in me means that if I have a dream, then I'm going after that dream and I can make that dream my reality. If I don't have a dream, I'm going to get a dream and make that dream my reality. But what I'm not going to do is doubt me. I'm not going to doubt my abilities. I'm not going to doubt my potential. I believe in me. You see, ladies and gentlemen, other people may not believe in you, and it's okay. It's okay if other folk does not believe in you, because other folk does not dictate your destiny. Other folk does not hold your life or your future in their hand. Do this for me. Look at your hands and say this with me: My life is in my hands. My future is in my hands. My career is in my hands. My success is in my hands. How many of you know that's true? Your life, your future, and your career is not in anyone else's hands. Is in your hand, and because your life is in your hand, I need you to believe in you. I need you to know that you are enough. I need you to know that you have what it takes. Say this with me: I am enough. I am enough. I have what it takes. I have what it takes. I am great. I am great. I am powerful. I am mighty. I am mighty. And I can do all things. All things. You see, all things are possible. How many of you heard of Walt Disney World? We all have, right? Can I tell you that Mr. Disney, before he passed away, that he filed bankruptcy 7 times trying to bring his dream of Walt Disney World together? Can I tell you that he had 2 nervous breakdowns? Can I tell you that he felt like quitting? Yes. But if he did, We would not have a theme park, the most attractive theme park in the world called Walt Disney World, a place where people come from all around the world with their families to visit. You see, all things are possible. Your dream is possible, but you have to believe in you. You have to believe that you are enough and that you can do it. You have to believe that you Have what it takes, and that you're not just in life to exist. You're not just in life to get a career. You're not just in life to start a family. You're not just in life to buy a house. You're in this world and in life to do all that your heart desires to do, to have all that your heart desires to have, to live the life you desire to live. If Michael Jordan can do it, you can do it too. That's right. If Floyd Mayweather can do it, you can do it too. If Tiger Woods can do it, you can do it too. If Deion Sanders can do it, you can do it too. If Pitbull can do it, you can do it too. If Barack Obama can do it, you can do it too. I don't know who you idolize out there or who you look up to and who you have respect for, but when you look at someone else and see them living their dream and living on top, I want you to stop for a moment and tell yourself, I can do it too. I can have it too. I deserve it too. What's the difference between me and them? What, are they better than me? No. Were they born with something I wasn't born with? No. Do they have something I don't have? No. No, they just believed in themselves and they did what it takes to get the job done. Secondly, I need you to love you. I need you to love you. And I know when you hear a phrase like that, it sounds like something unnecessary to really say, and especially to capitalize on, because most people, ladies and gentlemen, consider that they love themselves already. But can I tell you something? If you love you, you're going to always do what's best for you. If you love you, you're gonna always do what's right for you. If you love you, you're gonna always do what's good for you. I'm not talking about being human and making mistakes. I'm talking about not putting yourselves in harm's way. I'm talking about not walking away from your dream. I'm talking about not giving up on you. I'm talking about not pulling the life support plug when you know that you got to make some big things happen with your life. See, I travel and have been traveling for over 30 years speaking, and I'm talking to people just like you that are at the starting point needing to make it to their finish line to see their dream come to fruition. And what matters is one's belief and love that they have for their own life. How many chances in life do you get? One. One. So if you have one chance in life, then you need to take advantage of it. Can I share with you that greater than the responsibility of loving children and loving husbands and wives and boyfriends and girlfriends, greater than the responsibility of loving your mothers and your fathers, greater than the responsibilities of loving your friend, is your responsibility to loving you. If you can't love you, then you can't adequately love anyone else. When you're on an airplane and this— the plane is about to take off, the stewardess comes on the plane, or on the, on the microphone system on the plane, and say to us, put your mask on first in the event of an emergency. Why do they say that? Because you can't help anyone else if you're suffocating yourself from a lack of oxygen. If you ever get out on the ocean on a ship and the ship is about to sail out into the ocean, when they go through their drill, they tell you always put your vest, your life vest on first before you try to put a life vest on someone else. The point is that When it comes down to you, you have to prioritize you above everyone else. Love you. Love you enough to do what's best for you. Love you enough to do what's right for you. Love you enough to stick it out to the end to see your dream come to fruition. Love you enough to believe in you and that you have what it takes to do whatever it is you need to accomplish. Then number 3, ladies and gentlemen, I need you to be your best friend. Never be more of a friend to anyone else than you are to yourself. And I know some of us, we got some ride-or-dies in our life, right? We got some people that we hang out with and we're tight with them, and, and we're like closer than a brother or closer than a sister with them. And that's cool, I, I understand that. But what I need you to understand is that you can never be more of a friend to someone else than you are to yourself. That's right. Friend. What does it mean to be a friend to you? It means to make sure that you're always taking care of you. If you find yourself struggling in life and you got mental battles, psychological battles, if you're contemplating suicide, which next month, September, is Suicide Prevention Month, we'll be talking a lot more about that coming up. But if you find yourself wanting to hurt you, if you find yourself feeling depressed and being anxious and feeling down and dejected and discouraged and depleted, And dispirited, then I need you to take care of you, to be your best friend and get you the proper help that you need. I need you to prioritize your mental health, prioritize your safety, prioritize your well-being, prioritize your emotional balance, prioritize your psychological stability. I need you to prioritize your financial stability, prioritize your future, your career, your success, your dream, because that's what it's about. You are your best friend. Say this with me: I am— I am— My best friend. My best friend. Because other friends can walk out on you, other people can walk out on you, but when everyone else walk out, that's who need to be there for you. You need to be there for you. If you lose a job, you need to be there for you. If someone you love dies in your life and you're dealing with grief and you're dealing with sorrow and you're feeling broken, you need to be there for you. If your car gets repossessed, you need to be there for you. If a house gets foreclosed on, you need to be there for you. If you find yourself not knowing how to get past a certain phase of your life, you need to be there for you, and you need to know that you can count on you. You need to know that you can depend on you. So you need to be your best friend. Always believe in you, always love you, and number 3, always be your best friend. Number 4, give you the support that you need in life. Don't wait for someone else to come and rescue you. Don't wait for someone else to come and discover your talent and discover your gift. If you have a dream, if you have an ambition, if you have goals, I need you to give you the support you need to make your dream become your reality. Nothing great comes without sacrifice. If things are going to happen in your life, it's going to cost you something. Great things are not free. Great accomplishments are not free. You're supposed to earn things by blood, sweat, and tears, through time, through dedication, through energy, through sacrifice. And sometimes you got to have a support system. And when you have a support system, you are guaranteeing yourself that you will be successful more so than those who have a dream but have no support system. You need to support you. When you say that I want to graduate at a certain time with a vocational trade so I can go out there and be an electrician or to work in the HVAC career industry, then you need to give yourself the support you need to do that. Sometimes it takes more than just coming to school and sitting in the classroom. Sometimes you may need to go down the street to where they're building a house and sit back and watch them and ask if you can volunteer an hour or 2 so that you can continue to give you the support you need. Yes, sir. Sometimes you may not feel good and you may say, man, I want to stay home today and not come to school, but you need to give you the support you need and get up and push yourself because you're working on something. Grab— stop by the store and grab some BCs or Tylenol and get yourself here. Give you the support you need. Don't stay out late at night when you know it's a school night just because your boys want to party for a birthday. You're focused on something. You're going somewhere. You want something. You want more out of life than just to exist. Yeah. You want to be a world changer. So do not go where there is a path. Go where there is no path and leave Betrayal. Don't walk in the shadows of those who you admire, but discover your own potential and live a life that is fine. There are things that you want out of life, and you got to do what you have to do in order to make it happen. Say this with me. I am— I am— More than enough. More than enough. I am— Capable. Capable of living my dream. Of living my dream. I will— I will— Believe in me. Believe in me. I will— I will— Love me. Love me. I will— I will— Be my best friend. Be my best friend. And I will— Support me. Support me. How many of you mean that when you say it? The next thing I need you to understand is that life is going to get difficult sometimes. It's going to get hard, but I need you to do something. I need you to make a promise to you. What promise? A promise that you owe you. Now I want you to seize this moment. I'm gonna ask you to take out your cell phones and take a selfie of yourself. Take a selfie of yourself. Put your— in fact, put your 2 fingers up like this. That's the peace sign, right? Take a selfie of yourself. And I want you to do it because I want you to make a vow, commitment, a promise, ladies and gentlemen, to yourself that today you're coming into an agreement with you That you owe you, that you would never give up on you. And there are times when things are going to get tough, right? Things are going to get hard. There are times when it's going to get difficult for you. And when it gets difficult for you, I want you to go back to this selfie in your phone and look at that picture and remind yourself that on this day, Thursday, August 22nd, 2024, whatever today's date is, maybe it's the 21st, but whatever the day's date is, I want you to remind yourself that on this day, I promise me that I will not give up on me. I promise me that I owe me. I promise me that I would do what I need to do in order to get to where I need to get to in life. Because it will get tough. But you understand this, whatever happens in life, you have what it takes to overcome it. Yes, sir. Whatever challenge you have in life, you have what it takes to overcome it. Say this with me: greatness is within me. Greatness is within me. I need you to say it like you mean that, like you know that. Greatness is within me. Greatness is within me. You see, when I go into jails— I was just in a prison this past Saturday. Yeah. In Arcadia, Florida, speaking to hundreds of men. Some of them are never coming out again. And you know what? They would love to have the opportunity that you have right here today. Some of them are people from your family, from your neighborhood, maybe some that you grew up with that are in prison, that are never coming out again. You're not in prison. You're in school. You're in a technical college. You have the opportunity to do big things with your life. I need you to really take this moment serious and consider that it's a blessing for me to be here because I have the opportunity to make something with my life. I have the opportunity to do something with my life. I have the opportunity To realize my dream. I have the opportunity to go where I desire to go in life because I only have one chance to do it. And after a while, life is over. We go to sleep and we never wake up again. And if that's coming to each and every one of us, because it is, then I need you to wake up now. And realize this is my chance, this is my opportunity. There's nothing in life that you can't have. And the truth is, you owe you. You owe you. You owe you. You owe you the opportunity to go where you've never been in life, to do what you've never done. You owe you an opportunity to build your dream house from the ground up. I owe myself the opportunity to be There the best version of you myself. go. You owe you the opportunity to drive down the street in whatever type of automobiles that you want to drive in. You owe you the opportunities to travel the world and see parts of this world that you never even thought existed. You owe you the opportunity to raise a family and have children, have sons and daughters that love you and that calls you mom and call you dad. You owe you the opportunity to have money in bank accounts. You owe you the opportunity to be able to live your dream life, whatever that looks like for you. You owe you. But can I tell you? Nobody's going to give you your dream. No one is going to give you wealth. No one's going to give you riches. No one's going to give you a big house. No one is going to give you a Maybach or a Bentley or a Mercedes-Benz or a Jaguar or a BMW. No one's going to give it to you. That's right. You have to give it to you. You have to give it to yourself. Just because you didn't graduate high school doesn't mean you can't succeed in life. I dropped out of school in the 9th grade. I got my GED in prison. But just because you made mistakes along the way doesn't mean your life is over. I ran away from home at the age of 13. Just because I made mistakes as a teenager doesn't mean my life is over. Just because I didn't go to college out of high school doesn't mean my life is over. See, I made a promise to myself that I owe me. Wow. One day while sitting in prison, I decided I'm going to get the most out of life that I can get. And while everybody was using their money to buy Little Debbie snack cakes, Dorito chips, and then gambling, playing poker, I used my money to buy encyclopedias, books, commentaries, dictionaries. I used my money to buy concordances, things that I could sit down and learn and teach myself from. There was this guy named Billy who was an older guy. He had all the books. He had his own personal library. And Billy had been in prison for a very long time and was never getting out. And when I found out that Billy had his own personal library, I went to Billy and said, Billy, can I buy some books from you? And Billy wanted cigarettes. Billy wanted coffee. Billy wanted to be able to have those commentary items. I wanted knowledge. I wanted information. I wanted another chance at life. I wanted to improve my skills. I wanted to better myself. That's right. So I made a deal with Billy that I would buy all of his books. And every time I got money in, I ran to Billy and I bought a book from Billy. And I ran back to my dorm and I sat down and I opened the book up and I immersed myself in the book so that I can renew my mind, change my focus, change my identity, and find something in life that was worth living for. Absolutely. If I could come out of prison, And turn my life around, then you can avoid prison and build the road straight for your life. If I could come out of prison, get off the drugs, come away from the criminal lifestyle, and make a career for myself traveling the world speaking to people, then surely you can take advantage of this opportunity to graduate from Florida Technical College And go out here and make a great life for yourself. And besides all of that, not only can you do it, but what else is there in life better than that? A man, woman living in this world needs a dream. And when you have a dream, you get a vision from that dream of how you're going to make it happen. The dream shows you what's possible. The vision shows you how to do it. Out of that vision, you set goals. Goals are steps that you implement to teach you how to plan and make that come to fruition. And then when you have goals, you recognize resources. Sources that you never even realized before will show up to give you the support that you need. And out of that resources, you have the energy and the adrenaline and the motivation to make things happen. And when you see that you're doing some things in life and you're making progress with your life, now you have happiness. But without a dream, there is no vision. And without a vision, there are no needs for goals. And without a goal, there's no need to plan. Without planning, there's no need for resources. And without resources, there's no need for energy. And if you don't have energy, then you're not happy because you're not doing anything or going anywhere with your life. And if you're not happy in life, then what What else is there? What else is there? So I want to leave you with this: always reach for the moon, because even if you miss, you will land among the stars. Be willing to aim high and hit nothing rather than to aim low and hit everything. Most people fail in life, ladies and gentlemen, not because they aim too high and miss. But because they aim too low and hit. Your attitude towards life determines life's attitude toward you. So be willing to give to life the passion you aspire, and life will give to you the dream you desire. Be willing to do today things that others didn't do so that you can have tomorrow things that others won't have. Tough times don't last always, but tough people do. And when the going gets tough, tough people Amen. Understand that other people's opinions of you matter not to the determination of your potential, nor to the dictation of your destiny. So walk not in the shadows of those you admire, but discover your own passion and dare to aspire. For then you will realize your greatness and live a life that inspires. For life is what you make it, and when your opportunity comes, you take it. So you be sharp and maximize your moment and make yourself a great life. And think sharp, plan sharp, talk sharp, walk sharp, live sharp, dress sharp, eat sharp, and you'll be sharp. Thank you for your time, ladies and gentlemen. My name is Rico Sharp. Thank you. I appreciate the opportunity to be able to talk to you. If you have a few questions you want to ask me, I think I have about seven or eight minutes or so. You can ask if you have any questions or comments from for me. How being homeless and how you finally leave the homeless? How being and how you say that one more time? You said when you were alive, you've been homeless, right? Yes. So how you been and then how you leave it? They stop to going and then what? I'm having a hard time because I'm having to become. How'd you get away from homelessness? Through prison. I got away from homelessness through prison. Yeah, I was incarcerated 19 different times as a teenager and sent to prison 3 times for trafficking drugs. I got away from homelessness through being incarcerated through prison. When I came out of prison, I came out the third time I promised myself I'm never going back again, and I began working in a junkyard laying sod. And eventually from there to working in the construction field, from there to working for a construction company doing surveying, from there to, uh, selling cars and being a manager in a car dealership. And I just continued to climb my way up. Very good question. Next question. Okay. All right. Did anybody get anything out of my talking today? Yeah. All right. Let me get three people to share what you got out of my talking to you today. I got motivation out of you talking to me today. You got a high spirit. It's contagious. Great. Keep it up, keep it up. You're doing great. Thank you. I'm glad to hear that. Next person. I was gonna say the same thing. I mean, it was sometimes like you said, life gets hard. You know, you don't get to hold on to that energy to keep going, and the whole talk today was very motivating in that way. Great, great. Next person. Uh, basically what I got is being selfless is fine, but being Selfish is also okay. So be selfish sometimes. That's right, because you got to put you first, right? Yeah, because you're no good for no one else if you're no good for yourself, right? Great, very good point, very good point, very good point. Anyone else? Yes, sir. It's the way you say, like, never giving up. Always got to keep trying hard, work for it. It's gonna— it's gonna get tough life on the road, but you never got to give up and keep going. Have a sharp mind. That's great. I like the way you did it. Great. There's this tree that grows in China. It's called the Chinese bamboo tree. You have to plant the seed and water the ground 5 years before you see any manifestation. It does not grow above the surface for the first 5 years, but after being consistent with it and diligent and sticking to the process, within 5 weeks That tree grows to be 90 feet tall. That's how life is. Sometimes you will labor and try and labor and try, fall and get up, fall and get up. You'll sweat, you'll struggle, you'll cry, you'll feel hurt, you'll feel broken, but you keep going at it. You never quit. You never give up. And before you realize it, your dream will grow to be 90 feet tall. Thank you. God bless each and every one of you. Thank you.
