A short motivational/self-help talk explaining how held beliefs shape perception and behavior. The speaker argues the brain selectively seeks confirming evidence (especially negative beliefs), which reinforces limiting beliefs that drain emotion and energy; uncovering and changing those beliefs is necessary to improve life quality.

Your brain, once it believes something, looks for what it believes, and it only notices that. And even if it's not there, even if it's a negative belief, but you think it, your brain's gonna find evidence for it. Like, how many of you have ever had a friend you're super close with and then you know you had an experience that wasn't so pleasant, but then afterwards, you didn't change your view of them, you just said, oh, they're probably having a bad day. But if they're a manipulator in my mind and they do something nice, what's the first question in your head? What do they want? If you think you're not a good person or you're not worthy, you're not anything, you're going to shade something that isn't that into something worse. This is the controlling force of life. Just write down beliefs create and beliefs destroy. If we don't uncover the beliefs that are destroying the quality of your life, then they will take it away because they'll take away your emotion, they'll take away your energy, they'll put you in a place where you start to believe that is still certain that nothing can change.
