Expectations kill passion. The expectations about who we think they should be, how they should respond, what they should do, versus 100% responsibility within myself. That's my job to light you up. And by the way, if it's a really beautiful relationship and you truly mature in a relationship, it goes beyond chemistry. Now what lights you up most is lighting your partner up more than them lighting you up will light you up. The life of service to someone and devotion is the only lasting relationship.
