A short monologue exploring forgiveness as an inward practice rooted in having been forgiven oneself. The speaker emphasizes forgiveness as an act of grace and acceptance that frees the individual internally rather than being contingent on others' apologies; the talk frames forgiveness as universal human inner work and an "inside job."

I forgive because I've been forgiven. And I know what that feels like to be to experience somebody's grace, to experience somebody's allowance or acceptance. Because if you think about it, if we accept people, forgiveness comes or the expectation that and by the way, this isn't for forgiveness of what we're speaking about. It's our own inner work. This isn't you have to say sorry to me because then there's a hook. There's an expectation in that. It's really weird, you know, so this is we're just having a conversation about our own inner freedom, our own, if I can speak, our own inner liberation. And that's an inside job. And I we've all been given that grace. We once again, we've all been unconscious. And once again, we take it right back to that universality of the humanness. And no matter where we come from, we have all.
