A customer paid £2.8 million for a LaFerrari and was charged 2,000 Dirhams for steering wheel engraving. The dealer issued four invoices for the same service and refused to refund the duplicate charges, claiming Ferrari wouldn't allow it.

I will never do business with Ferrari. So someone who we interviewed yesterday, he bought a LaFerrari and he wanted his name put in the steering wheel and then a flag. It was only like 2,000 Durhams and they got like him, four versions and tried to charge him for them all when he just wanted his name and they wouldn't refund him and then they said Ferrari wouldn't refund him even though he'd bought 2.8 million pound Ferrari and they wouldn't get the name in his steering wheel. Right, why?
