Steps of going from 0 to 10 million, what would they be? First one is learn the formula. So everyone that's ever been successful, there's someone else that's done it before you. If you want to start a hair salon, someone has made a really successful hair salon, learn what they did. Very first thing I did, read the biographies of every entrepreneur that I admired. Richard Branson, Lord Sugar and I just studied it. If I learn what they do, I can replicate it. The expression I love is copy and pivot. Look at what is already out there, look at what they're doing well and figure out one tiny thing you can do just a little bit better. Can you improve the marketing? Deliver the product faster? Can you offer better customer service? You can just do one thing better. That's all you need to do to have a really good business. You don't need to have an original idea.
