What's your story? I'm the kind of person that if I'm not interested in it, I can't focus on it, I can't keep my attention on it for any period of time, and I will not try. I did politics at university, but I did that purely because I just wanted to waste 3 years of my life. So yeah, so then when university finished, I realised, I was like, oh shit, right, okay, I need to do something now. I wanted to be a war correspondent, and it's the only time that my mum and dad have ever, ever kind of got involved in my career, and I'm glad they did. Please don't do that. So I thought, okay, what's the next best thing? I'll go into journalism, and I immediately found my calling, really. I absolutely loved it. Went absolutely all guns blazing at it.
