Hi everyone, and welcome to day 10 of the Write Record Challenge. And if you've stayed this far, thumbs up to you. So yesterday I took you through 3 automation tools that you could use to automate your business: ManyChat, GoHighLevel, and Creatomate. Now today I'm going to go a little bit deeper, but not necessarily on the tools, but I'm going to tell you why as a business owner, you need a digital ecosystem. Now you are at your desk, you decided to plug into AI, right? And then you are working with multiple apps that could help you automate your business. You're working with emails, you're working with CRM tools, you're working with some automation tools, you're working with spreadsheets, and then some— you get to a stage, it's looking all frustrating, right? Too many tools, too many things to sort through. Now when you're running a business without a digital ecosystem, it's like you're trying to build a house without a blueprint. And if your systems or your applications or your tools don't talk to each other, you're wasting time, you're losing money, and then you're working way harder than you need to. So today I'm going to show you why and how every business owner, every entrepreneur needs a digital ecosystem and how you can build one for long-term success. But before I go or deep dive into how to build that, I need to explain to you what a digital ecosystem is. Now, a digital ecosystem is a set of connected tools, platforms, and automations that work together seamlessly. Okay, so instead of managing multiple disconnected systems here, there, somewhere, nowhere, everything should be integrated. Everything integrates into one efficient workflow. Now think of it as an iPhone ecosystem. You have the MacBooks, you have iPads, you have the iCloud, you have iPhone, and then you have the AirPods. They are all working together flawlessly. Your business should actually function the very same way. Now here's how you build your own digital ecosystem. 1. Choose a central hub. You could use a platform like GoHighLevel, like I mentioned yesterday, or a platform like— serves as a central hub for your information, your business database, right? Two, you could automate repetitive tasks. I mentioned about ManyChat. You could use ManyChat to automate repetitive tasks, or you could use a platform like Zapier. Or if you want a little— to be a little bit more technical, you could use a platform like Any10M. But I'd advise you use a platform like Zapier because it's really easy. They have templates that you can just plug and play into. Cool. 3, you have to connect all the tools together. And how, and how do you do that? Use what we call API integrations. And last but not least, track and optimize your performance using a platform like Google Analytics or your dashboards. Now, When you have the right digital ecosystem together and then your tools are talking to each other, it makes your business scalable, it reduces stress, and then it also helps you to work smarter and not harder. So what, what's the biggest bottleneck in your business right now that you want to take care of, or that you'd like to use AI to make simple? Comment below and let's solve it together.
