Ryan Maloney, a 2D painter in Procreate, tries Nomad Sculpt for the first time. The first 10-15 minutes are disorienting, searching online for basic controls and struggling to move shapes around. Gradually the panic fades as he starts recognizing the fundamental forms he needs.

Today I forced myself to spend some time in Nomad Sculpt. Every time I jump into a 3D program, my nervous system wants to run and flee back to Procreate, back to the 2D safe world. I spend the first 10 to 15 minutes squirming, not knowing how to do— Googling every step, trying to bend shapes. I don't know what's going on. And as time goes on, I calm down more and I start to see the basic shapes I need to put together to create the sculpt.
