Set up a lips layer, a background color layer, and parent that color layer to the lips. Duplicate that color layer and create a mask for the top and bottom teeth. Then you keyframe 5 positions of the mouth. Run Joysticks and Sliders, and you'll get this guide layer that will move your mouth around that you can animate.
