Here's how I animated this emoji, a little emotional wreck emoji. I'll skip the part where I clean kid grease off my iPad and open up Procreate, where I just create a sketch. Animating in Procreate isn't that fun for me, so for this animation, I'm going to use FlipaClip. It's pretty simple to use. You could probably learn it in about an hour. For this animation, I create one looping body sequence of the phone flicking information. Then I create 4 facial expressions, then 4 different arm shapes. Then I add details and an in-between in between the expressions give it some extra movement.
