Here's a really quick tutorial on how to draw smoother lines in Procreate. Sometimes if you have a character and you're trying to control the line from one angle and then switch to the other, what you can do is draw one angle and then rotate your canvas to draw at another angle that you're comfortable with and draw through the shape. Now you have your lines here with your smile, and you can go in and erase the edges of these lines.
