Ryan Maloney shows how to batch create 20 illustrated books in Procreate by designing a repeatable story structure, building character pose stacks, and swapping assets between books. He tracks progress in a Notion table, checking off steps so the books finish themselves.

Here's how I'm batching 20 books in Procreate. I created a story with a very simple structure. The majority of the pages are going to stay the same so I can create different characters in different poses and replace those characters. Each story will be slightly different with the same theme. I set up a series of stacks in Procreate with all the different character poses. Here's what I'm working on. You can see I set up all the blank pages before I start drawing. Then I track everything in a Notion table database with these satisfying checkmarks. All I do is check these and the books finish themselves.
