Favorite tools for animating on the iPad. As much as I love drawing in Procreate, animating in it is not my favorite thing. I tried Kalipeg. I think that's how you say it. And it was just like, ah, too primitive. I couldn't figure it out. I felt like I was drawing on an old wooden table within an old application. Sorry, Kalipeg. So that brings us to my go-to. This is FlipaClip animation app. We're not going to be tweening shapes a lot. This is more for hand-drawn single frame animation, but you can duplicate a lot to save yourself time.
