Here's how you animate in Procreate. Tap this wrench icon and go to Canvas and turn on Animation Assist. You can also turn on Drawing Guide. You'll see this timeline show up at the bottom of the screen. I make all my videos at 24 frames per second. Each one of these frames in the timeline is going to be a layer up here that's turned on. All of these layers are turned on. There's the same amount of frames shown down here. Now all you do is make a drawing on each one of these layers. And play back the animation. You can play around with the onion skin frames if you'd like to see less frames before the last frame, or the onion skin opacity. Let me know if you have any questions in the comments.
