Export from Procreate as PNG, drag into an InDesign template with your printer's specs, use Paste Into to fit each illustration into the preset shapes, then export as PDF with bleed and printer marks enabled.

Here's how I set up my illustrations for printing. I draw everything in Procreate and I send the PNG to my Mac. In this video, actually tap JPEG, tap PNG. Then once they're on your Mac, you can just drag and drop in your InDesign file. I have this set up to the printer specs. I get it into place and then I copy it. I go to Edit, Paste Into, and it'll paste into the custom shape that I have set up on the artboard. Then I just export a high-quality PDF and add all the printer marks and bleeds.
