Jerry Seinfeld technique of writing. To come up with jokes and to come up with his stories and become a better writer, he'd pull out a calendar. And every day that he sat down for 45 minutes and he wrote, he would put a red X on that day. His goal, not become a better writer, it was just to earn a red X on every day without skipping a day. So you don't want to see an empty box right here. It's been by far my favorite technique to get better at anything. Just do it every single day without skipping a day, and you'll look back after 30 days and you'll be blown away at how much better you are.
