All right, so V1 the MVP for the Uber for Dogs. Can I be the face of my company and not have to talk to anybody else? You absolutely can. There are plenty of business owners who are the face of their company, but they're not the CEO of their company. Richard Branson does this for a lot of his Virgin brands. Sarah Blakely, shortly after she sold Spanx, she was the face of the company, but not leading the company. That works. What you can't be is the face of the company and the CEO of the company and not talk to anybody. And I think this is the mistake that a lot of business owners get into. They enjoy being the face of the business. They like being out front so much, like managing and leading teams. And so they'll back away from that role without putting a team in place to do that. If that's who you are. If, fine. Just make sure that you first install an operating system in your business. Then you install an operator to operate that operating system. Make sure that you've got functional leadership roles in place. Then and only then can you step out of the day to day CEO role and not talk to anybody ever again.
