How do customers. How do clients happen in this business? Now, many entrepreneurs could tell me, oh, well, you know, we get some referrals, and we run some ads here. And we do this, like, great. Can you show me? Can you show me? And most people, the answer is no. So what we do? Step number one. Anytime we're creating an operating system, we get a whiteboard, we get a pack of sticky notes, and we say, okay, team, how do people find out we exist? What are the different ways we do it? Oh, we run Facebook and Instagram ads. Great. I'm gonna write Facebook and Instagram ads on a sticky note. How else we get referrals? Freaking awesome. Referrals goes on a sticky note. Cool. Then what happens when somebody sees an ad, where do they go? Well, then they go to this landing page. Okay, then what happens? They opt in. 100% of the time, they opt in. We'll know. Some people opt in, some people don't. And if each step is represented by a sticky note, and you connect all the sticky notes together, what you now have when you get to the end is, at some point, you're like, well, then what? Well, then they buy.
