Hey. Hey, what's up? It's Satchin. Welcome to a exciting, exciting episode of Perfect Practice. Today I'm going to talk about my personal favorite topic of all time. And the topic that I think is most pertinent and predictive of your success in life and in business is in your relationships, in your contribution and the legacy. Leave behind everything. I know that sounds like a tall order, but I'm gonna make sure that when you walk away or if you're walking while you're listening to this, whatever it is you're doing, you're gonna be better at that and virtually everything else in your life. And you're gonna be able to do it by the end of this conversation that we're gonna have right now. So the topic, in case you haven't guessed, you probably already know cause you looked at the title of the podcast is Mindset Mastery. And this is something that I think is super important because I know it's super important, in fact, but I also think it's super important. And that's what we're going to talk about today. And therefore it is right As a man thinketh, so very, very important, you might notice, I hope this comes through in the recording that there's some baroque classical music that's playing in the background and there's some science behind this. And I'll talk about why this is relevant, especially while we discuss this very important topic. If you're not listening to classical music in the background, one of the things I'll tell you is that it puts you into a state of alpha BR wave activity. And the significance of that, just in case you didn't know, is when you're operating at a 8-14 Hz frequency range, you're in an alpha brainwave state. And that's a relaxed but alert state. That's the state your brain is in when you first wake up in the morning. And this is why my mom used to always say that you know, if you. How you run your. And manage your morning predicts the rest of your day. And she was absolutely right. You know, she didn't know why she was right. She probably didn't know that reason, but she was right. So baroque classical music does that for you. And when we're in that state, we're essentially a sponge. We're relaxed, but we're also aware, okay, we're listening. And this is the brainwave that your children are in between the age of like 5 and 8 ish. And it's different for every child, but, you know, in that age somewhere, and this is where their left and right hemisphere of their brain is coming together. They're understanding logic and they're able to connect the dots between things. They're super, super curious. And you may have noticed that they hear everything because their subconscious mind, the door is wide open. And this is very influential years in your child's life. So you definitely want to pay attention to the words you say, the way you behave, and also the thoughts that you think. You know, our children are sensitive to our thoughts because they're open to that possibility that we can communicate telepathically. And you moms, and I'm sure some of you dads, know that that's possible, you know, when your child is calling you because you have that connection to them and they have that connection to you. So, you know, I want you to, you know, really listen to this presentation podcast, you know, audio, however you're consuming it. I want you to listen to this with, you know, just be in a state of unlimited possibilities. And I want you to really approach the rest of your life like that. If you can live in an unlimited possibility state forever in every circumstance, I promise you that the universe has some magnificent things to show you, and some really, really cool things will present themselves when you live in that state. So our state is everything, right? How receptive we are to possibilities is everything. Because if we're receptive to possibilities and we have awareness, then you know, what I found to be true, and maybe some of you found this to be true, is that when we're open, then the opportunities present themselves and they're in plain sight. But when we're closed, the opportunity is still there if you're the right person, and we'll talk about that too, but you might not see it because you have low awareness or, you know, you're just missing things because you're focused on the wrong things. You're focused on limitations instead of unlimited possibilities. When you have tunnel vision Then that harms you, actually. And that's something we'll talk about, too. So, you know, buckle your seatbelts. What I would recommend is get in a quiet spot and really tune in and pay attention. Write things down. Write down what resonates. You might even listen to this a few times. This, I'm hoping, becomes your favorite podcast of all time, of all podcasts in the entire world. Because I truly believe, and that's all that matters. I truly believe that this information is super powerful. And, you know, it. It really is. So, you know, really get into this. I think it's going to be really cool what we're going to the journey, we're going to go down here. And just a little bit of background on this topic. I've been doing personal development every day for at least two hours for the last five years, and some days even more than that, because for the last few years, I've actually been sleeping, listening to audio tracks and basically rewriting my subconscious software reprogramming my brain and using it as a tool instead of weaponizing it against myself. Most people that you see, if you're a clinical practitioner, the reason people are sick is because their brain is weaponized against themselves. And the problem with that is that when that brain is weaponized against that person, the person that controls that nervous system of that individual is a person that controls their thoughts. And whoever controls your thoughts, controls your reality. So let me start by saying this. You know, aside from the fact that I've gone deep down this rabbit hole, I also want you to know that, you know, some of the things that I've experienced using this amazing technology that we all have. So there's nothing special about me, except I know how to use the technology. Just like, you know, if you put an iPhone in two different people's hands and one person knows how to use it, and the other person just uses it to listen to a podcast, right? Hopefully it's this podcast. But if that's all they use it for, then guess what? It, you know, it's. You know, it's not. They're not going to get the full benefit out of it. And it becomes very clear when you explain it like that. So there are unlock levels that you have that we all have. There are unlock levels that I even have, right? Because there's different levels of awareness that we have. And of course we're going to talk about that. So, you know, your central nervous system is the most powerful tool. It's the crown jewel of the cosmos. Our brain is what Separates us from all the other animals on this entire planet. So, you know, we're not physically special, but we're spiritually special and we're, you know, cognitively special. And we've got this amazing crown jewel that has the capability of controlling the entire universe. And there's lots of evidence that demonstrates this. So this is why companies will spend billions of dollars and this is why the education system will spend many, many years conditioning you and controlling your nervous system. This is why most drugs are sedatives. This is why alcohol is a sedative, because. Because it basically dampens what separates you from everything else. Right? And so if we can control your nervous system, which is what advertisers try to do and marketing companies try to do, that's what big Pharma tries to do, is control and regulate our nervous system. That's what the media and news tries to do. Right? That's what alcohol and some drugs do. And the drugs that do the opposite of that, which is activate your central nervous system, those are usually considered illegal. So think about something like ayahuasca or, you know, DMT or psilocybin. Why are these illegal? Well, it's because they open up this portal to an understanding of how the entire cosmos works and, you know, all the way from the biggest things down to the smallest things. And what I'll tell you is that we do live in a matrix. And I know that's hard for people to grasp, but again, I want you to be open to unlimited possibilities in every moment of your life. So be open to that concept and listen to people who are actually utilizing this technology in a way that's benefiting them. So the way, you know, somebody's using this technology is just look at the results of their life. Okay? And that's what I did. I made observations of, you know, highly successful people and their behaviors. And some of them knew what they were doing, some of them were just copying what other successful people were doing. So they had an unconscious competence level. And so we're going to talk about the different levels of competency, and I think that's going to be very eye opening for you. So, you know, controlling your nervous system is the primary function of all of our handlers, right? So if you have a dog or a horse, you're trying to control that dog's behavior or the horse's behavior so you can sit on it and ride it and race it if you wanted to. So you're controlling its nervous system, so you're controlling its behaviors. Right. And so this is very evident when we use that type of analogy. But it's also very evident when we realize that, you know, people who. Who are watching TV are essentially in a trance while they're watching it. So if you ever try to get your child to look away from the TV while they're watching, it's almost impossible to get their attention. So guess who's in control of that child's nervous system? It's the television. It's not you. Okay? You've got to really whack them out of that trance state in order for them to even listen to you and regain control of their attention. If you look at attention. Attention is the ability of the central nervous system to focus on something. So if we live in ADD type of society and people can't keep their attention on something for even five minutes, how will they ever build it? And we'll talk about how that is important as well. I also want you to pay attention to awareness campaigns. So we know this idea at least. You do if you've done even rudimentary personal development, that what we focus on expands. And so if what we focus on expands, then what we think about. Right, Is also expanding. So you think about cancer awareness or prostate health awareness or. Or now they have entire months for awareness for diseases. Well, what are they doing? They're getting more people to think about something, and thoughts become things, which means that the more I can get somebody to think about a cancer or a disease or even a cure, if there is one, the more awareness I create around it, which means I actually think it into reality. So if I want to create more disease, I talk more about disease. If I want to create health, I talk about health. And that's why you see such a huge discrepancy between. Between campaigns for health and campaigns for illness. So our handlers know this. They know if I can get people thinking about something and then attaching emotion to it and doing that over a prolonged period of time, I can control that person's nervous system, control their thoughts, and then control their capability of basically mobilizing the entire universe and getting it to conspire to create what they think about constantly. And so that's essentially. You might have to listen to that again, but that's essentially how this whole thing works. So this is why I don't support anything that has to do with awareness unless it's health promotion. Okay? Sedatives are medications that sedate the nervous system. If I want to cut somebody's body open. Okay? And this is an extreme example and do surgery on them, right? Then I've got to put them in a completely sedated state. And so I can put them at 10% of that and keep them awake, but keep them sedated as well. And that's what certain drugs do. That's what certainly alcohol does. Alcohol is a sedative. And so this is something that's important to understand. And then you also look at certain professions, and I'm not just saying this because I'm a chiropractor, but as a chiropractor, we have a deeper understanding of the central nervous system because we focus on neurology and we focus on, you know, not just, you know, peripheral neurology, but central nervous system neurology and how this all works. And, you know, I would say that a functional nervous neurologist probably has a better understanding of the nervous system than anyone on the entire planet. Now you layer on top of that functional medicine, and you've got somebody who really understands the nervous system. And then you layer on top of that, you know, personal mastery and mindset. And now you've got somebody who really understands how to, you know, not just move their body, but move, you know, mountains with this capability that we have. So this is why I believe certain professions that focus on mobilizing and having a deeper understanding of the central nervous system are often, you know, put down. Right. And ridiculed. And then we also have, you know, television commercials, as I said. So the more awareness we raise out something, the more we actually create it into reality. So very important initial concepts for you guys and gals to, you know, to kind of pick up on. And if you can accept this, you know, even for the suspended amount of time that you're going to be listening to this, then it'll really help you. It'll really serve you to just be open to unlimited possibilities in every circumstance. And you might have to dissect some of the sentences a few times, and you might have to write them down and just read between the lines. That's typically how I speak. But I speak in a code, and that code has little to no ambiguity in it. So, you know, I shouldn't say little to no. I should say no ambiguity in it. So it's going to be very clear, you know, what I want you to understand from today's message. So first and foremost, let's talk about the different levels of competency. And this is very important in. And the reason this is important because it opens up your mind to possibilities. So there's four levels of Competency and incompetency. So however you look at it, the first one is unconscious incompetence. And that means that people don't even know that they don't know something. Okay? So I live in a state of unconscious incompetence awareness, which means that I'm open to learning new things, and I'm open to the idea that there's probably things I don't know. There's parts of my back that I can't scratch. There's parts of my blind spot in my rear view that I can't see in my car. So I'm open to those possibilities that I have a lack of awareness of something, and I don't even know that I have a lack of awareness of it. And then there's conscious incompetence, which means that I'm aware that I don't know. Okay? And that's something that's important to recognize that you might have an awareness of something that. That you don't know, because then you can actually do something about it. But if you think you know everything, then there's nothing for you to do, right? And the moment you know everything, you're basically dead because life has no purpose after that. Because, you know, I believe that we should grow every single day, just like the tree. The tree grows every day. It doesn't take a day off. The next level is conscious competence. This is when you know, you know, okay? And then you have unconscious incompetence, and that's where a lot of you probably are. And you know a lot more than you think. So you have unconscious competence. You have an unconscious under, like you. You're. You're not even aware of how much you know. You're not even aware of how smart you are. You're not even aware of how valuable you are to your community. You're just totally unconscious to this level of competency that you have. And you kind of assume that everyone knows what you. You know. Right? And when you assume that people know what you know, you essentially devalue what you know. Okay? So these are the four different levels. I'll just repeat them again. There's unconscious incompetence, where you don't know that you don't know. There's conscious incompetence where you know you don't know, and you're hopefully working on that. And there's conscious competence, which means you know you're good at something. And then there's unconscious competence. This is where you don't even know that you know. And you probably Take what you know and the information that's locked up in your mind, in your beautiful mind for granted. Okay? So be in a state of being open to the idea that you may have a lack of awareness of some of the things we're going to talk about today. And just go into this with a beginner's mind. Okay? Some of the things I'm going to talk about, you know, if they've taken me seven years to understand. And so you might listen to this podcast seven years later and be like, man, that Patel guy was right. So just. Just listen and be open to all possibilities. And what I'm going to tell you here is that how you approach this podcast is a reflection of not just how you approach podcasts. It's a reflection of everything. So if you can't be open and receptive during this conversation, then chances are you're not open and receptive in other conversations. I believe that everything matters, and we shouldn't neglect the small things. Even the small disciplines in life, we should not neglect them. And here's one of my favorite quotes from Jim Rome. It always gives me goosebumps when you take care of the amounts when they are small, it will be ensured that you will be trusted when the amounts are many. And so that doesn't just mean money. Right. You know, that could also mean level of responsibility. It could also mean, you know, really, what I interpret that as is everything matters and the small things matter. And if. If the big things are ever going to matter, then it's got to start with the small things. And so how you take care of things when they're minute and seemingly insignificant is a reflection of a lot of things. Okay? And so I always pay attention to little details like this when I'm working with somebody, when I'm consulting somebody or coaching somebody, when I'm working with a vendor, I look at everything that they do, and, you know, because I know that that's going to be a reflection of how they do other things in their life. How you do one thing is how you do everything. That's a good one to write down. Now, the next thing I want to talk about is a mindset. And there's a worldview that each of us has, and it's really black and white, to be quite honest. And these two worldviews will ultimately determine your levels of success in life. The first one is scarcity. The second one is abundance. So there's a few things that you can ponder, if you will, to find out if you're a scarcity. Minded person or an abundance minded person. And this comes from Dan Sullivan. So people who have a scarcity mindset usually believe in a few key things. They have a few beliefs that kind of govern their existence. The first one is that we're running out of resources and, and there's limited resources. So you know, people are all going crazy because we're running out of oil right now what I'm not afraid of is running out of oil because I know that, you know, there's 70% of this planet is covered in water like, and we already know that we can turn water into, you know, gasoline equivalents, right? So we can use water to create, you know, to mobilize vehicles. Now of course it's going to require a big shift in our economy, but guess what? We created this economy, we can change it, right? So the only real resource is human ingenuity. So as long as we have brains on this planet and nobody else is controlling our brains, and we have full control of these brains, we will be able to solve problems. We have artificial intelligence now that can help us solve problems even faster. Okay? So the only resource that's ever existed is human ingenuity. And actually as a population grows and as technology advances, we actually have more and more resource and it's going closer to infinity. Right? Scarcity minded people also believe in a zero sum game. So they believe that if, if I win, then somebody else has to lose, right? So what they look at, you know, when they look at successful people, they feel like that success, that person became successful because they took money from somebody else. Well, usually when you take money from somebody else, you're doing it in exchange for value. And the person that paid you did it willingly, okay? Not unwillingly. And sometimes there's people that unwillingly have to pay like the government for parking tickets and stuff like that. But you know, usually if you're in the business of, or if you're, if you run an enterprise and you have a business, then you don't hold a gun to somebody's health hell, you know, head to pay you, right? They, they pay you willingly. And what they believed and the reason they paid you is because that money was worth more in your bank account or know the person that they're paying's bank account, then it was in their bank account. It's such a simple equation. And so they got way more value out of that money by putting it into somebody else's bank account than what it was doing for them. So it's not a zero sum game because that person Got value out of it, okay? The next thing that people think is that life is unfair, right? So why me now? Why me is also saying like, why not that person, right? That's the victim mentality. And so could you imagine thinking, thinking that we're running out of resources, that, you know, everyone is, you know, taking from other people and life is unfair. Now here's the thing about the zero sum game person is that that person never accumulates wealth, okay? Because guess what, you know, they actually have a bad view on wealth because their positioning of someone who's wealthy is a person, is a bad person. So if they've already concluded in their mind, in their, their limited mindset that people who have money are bad people and they don't want to be a bad person, they will immediately and for a lifetime sabotage their wealth accumulation capabilities. And wealth is basically, you know, determined by how much value you deliver into the marketplace. So that person will never deliver all the value that's locked up inside of them because they have this mentality and that's quite powerful. So, you know, you might want to kind of process that a little bit and understand what I just said. The next one is, you know, abundance, okay? So there's scarcity and then there's abundance. And you can of course say that, you know, it's the opposite of what we talked about, and it is to a certain degree. So people who have an abundance mindset are willing to share. They're willing to share their resources, they're willing to share their time. What I've learned hanging out with really successful people is they're happy to answer questions. They actually believe it or not, they have a unconscious level of competency and they don't sometimes even themselves realize how valuable what they're saying is, but it's so valuable to us. So the things that are just casual like information to them are, is priceless information to some people. So successful people are willing to share, okay? And they're usually willing to share their best information. Usually what successful people charge you for is their time, okay? And they charge you for their programs and their process, but they're always willing to share, okay? That's one thing I've learned. The next one is that they're resourceful. So people have an abundance mindset and don't that the answers exist. And so they're always looking for those answers. If you believe that there's no answer, then guess what, you're never going to even look for it. And so resourceful people don't ask questions. They search okay, so these are people who Google first before they ask you questions and then they ask you questions to verify, not to do the work for them. So be resourceful. That's an abundance mindset characteristic. And the last one, and probably the most important is gratitude and appreciation. They show gratitude even for the smallest things because remember how you do one thing is how you do everything and they also show appreciation. Now the word appreciation means to grow in value. So one of the things that you can do, I just did this yesterday. I went to Indigo here in Canada and we like to go to the bookstore versus going on Amazon because when you go on Amazon you're kind of, you kind of know what you're looking for, for and you're just trying to get the best price. When you go to somewhere like Indigo, you get inspired or if you go to Chapters or you know, a bookstore, you actually get inspired and you see cool things that you may not have seen otherwise. And my son loves going and we always buy him a book. So it's a great way for us to spend time as a family and, you know, develop ourselves. Personally, I can't say that I'm always happy with the books that he buys, but I'm happy that he loves, you know, that adventure that we have together. And, and, and of course the books are changing, right as he's getting older, he's really into Jim Rohn. We listen to it in the car while we're driving and at home and hanging out. It's always playing in the background now. So gratitude and appreciation are huge. So. Oh yeah, so what I was going to say is I went to the bookstore and I bought, you know, 30 thank you cards. So every day I've been waking up, I've been writing in my gratitude journal and I've been writing thank you cards every day. And I'm going to, you know, report back to you. I already feel better doing it. It's just great. I wrote my son a thank you card today and he loved it. So I'm going to write my wife one tomorrow. She doesn't know that yet. So little small things like that make a big difference and it puts you in that abundance mindset. Okay? You have unlimited love to give to other people and unlimited appreciation and gratitude. And guess what? That's the thing people are craving these days. So abundance minded people show that and they don't just think it, they show it. And I think that's, that's more important. So writing in your gratitude journal is great, but actually showing some, someone you Appreciate them. You know, making some effort to demonstrate that goes a very, very long way. And you know, you know, this is why I think that it's important from a mindset perspective. It's because how you do one thing is how you do everything. And people will be more likely to follow you if you have an abundance mindset, because you're going to vibrate at a completely different frequency. You're going to be operating at a completely different state of mind and your aura is going to be completely different when you have a gratitude of, or an attitude of gratitude and appreciation. One thing I want to remind all of you as we, as we go through this is that, you know, none of this is about perfection. It's really about progress. And it's kind of think of it like this, think of it like all the thoughts that you have. The way you live your life, you know, is really the words you use. For example, is like typing on a keyboard, okay? So it's not that big of a deal if I say something incorrectly or I have a negative thought, you know, I just erase it from the code, if you will, or erase it from my daily manuscript that I'm writing. And just like I would when I press delete on my keyboard, I don't get emotional about it, I just rewrite it and be like. And I have a highest, you know, I have a level of self awareness. So I'm constantly, you know, doing kind of a spell check and grammar check and idea check constantly. Okay. I don't wait until the end and find out I've got all these mistakes, right? So I kind of do it in real time. So that's how you want to live your life. That's being in the moment and that's having present moment consciousness, which is super important. Next thing I want to talk about is, you know, what we focus on. So most of us will focus on what we need to get or how we're going to get what we want done. Okay, so let's say you wanted to host an event. So next week I'm hosting the biggest event event officially in functional medicine for marketing. It's called Perfect Practice. You know, clever name, as you can imagine. And so I'm doing the event and in my mind I held steady that I wanted at least 120 people there and we're going to surpass that. But I didn't focus on all the nitty gritty details. You know, I focused on what I wanted, not how it was going to get done. I knew it was going to get Done. Because I put my mind to it. And what you put your mind to and what you can hold in your mind, you will create. I'll give you some interesting examples, and you might have these as well. So sometimes, you know, there's a scheduling snafu that comes up. I travel so much, and, you know, sometimes I lose track of my schedule and things happen, and I need to cancel an appointment. Now, normally, I would cancel. You know, the old me would have canceled the appointment right away and said, hey, I've got a snafu. I need to cancel the appointment. I'm sorry, I can't make it. Now the new me is like, you know what? I'm just gonna cancel the appointment in my mind, and nine times out of 10, that person will message me because something came up for them, and they're not gonna be able to meet anymore. So it's really amazing how that happens. It's really interesting how that happens. And we actually create it. You know, we think it into reality because we do have that capability. And I never think, oh, my God, that's crazy. What I think is, that's awesome. I have this amazing capability. So I better be careful how I use it and what I use it for. Now, I'm not trying to figure out how all that happened. I just know that it happened. And, you know, there is. There is a higher power at play. And, you know, we'll talk about something called cymatics in just a second here. And when I talk about that, it'll prove to you how powerful your mind is and how your mind actually controls matter. So focus on what you want done. Hold that in your mind steady, okay? Write it down. You know, great exercise for you to do, and it might even be something I should have said earlier is write down your dream day. You know, what is. What does your dream day look like? And does that dream day pull you out of bed? I want you to write up a day that pulls you out of bed, okay? Not something that you know. Not a day that you know is just a lame day. Like a. A fun, cool day. I want you to write a day that pulls you out of bed. It's like the best day ever. And if you can do that and it pulls you out, it moves you, then you will move towards it. But if it doesn't excite you, you're not going to hold it in your mind. What we obsess over, we create. So you've got to create this in your mind first, and you've got to hold it in your Mind. And it's got to pull you out of bed every single day. So do that exercise in as vivid detail as possible. What color is the grass? What color are your sheets? Who are you waking up next to? What's the view out your window? What does it smell like? Okay, like, all these vivid details. And if you get goosebumps, you get bonus points because that's part of your calling, right? That's usually my litmus test. If I get goosebumps when I hear something or say something, then that's the universe's sign that, you know, there's. There's higher forces at play here, and you should follow your instinct. So focus on what it is that you want. Don't focus on how. So if you want a Ferrari perfectly fine, don't focus on how you're going to get it. Okay? Just focus on what you want. And I know that sounds super strange and probably very, very difficult for people to grasp, but I promise you, this is how it works. And certainly start with the small things, right? So I started with parking spots and green lights. And guess what? I would manifest these things pretty much, much all the time. And if it didn't happen all the time, that's okay. What I would say to myself is, I'm not worthy of that parking spot just yet. I've got some more work to do. So I wouldn't say that this law doesn't work. What I would say is, I'm not ready to receive that benefit just yet. Okay? And we'll get to that in just a second. And why that's super, super important. So I want you to keep in mind a very simple idea, and I would write this down, and that is what we want, want, wants us. So what I mean by that. And I got this from Kevin Trudeau. What I mean from that is that what we think about, the things that we desire, the things that we can't stop thinking about, the things that we have a magnificent obsession over. That's from Jim Rohn. Want Us as well. So what I visualize is when I close my eyes and I visualize something that I want, you know, a reality that I'm trying to create. I visualize myself, my brain, traveling at warp speed towards it, and I visualize it traveling at warp speed towards me. It's just amazing. Like, it just blows my mind how fast things can happen when you hold them in your mind and you. You know, and you attach an emotion to them. So I'll share a really interesting story. I was hanging out with Joe Polish in Toronto. And he went to visit a company that I consult for, and I'm on the board of advisors for, and it's a genetic company. And they were telling us, um, you know, they were telling us about all this amazing work that they do and how they help with autism. And Joe, who was doing this out of the goodness of his heart, normally charges $25,000 to do this. So I'm just sitting there taking notes. Not just sitting there. It was pretty cool. I'm sitting there taking notes and writing things down. And I think I was the only person taking notes that day. And one of the things that he said was, you know, you should do a documentary. And he laid out the format for it. And I'm like, man, that's a great idea because. Because, you know, these guys are helping people reverse misdiagnosed autism. And what was really cool about it was I'm there paying attention, and I'm, you know, letting. I'm just absorbing this. I'm like, man, that's a brilliant idea. But, you know, you've got to get a crew. You've got to get this. You've got to get the kid right. You've got to get the parents that are willing to do this. You've got to assign a videographer. You have to have somebody write the script. I mean, that's a big, you know, big task. And so that's the how, right? That's like, how are we going to get it done? And I was. I had. I had. I had no idea that this would happen. Well, I did, but. But I. But I didn't realize it would happen this fast. And I was, you know, not surprised when it happened, but I was very impressed. So I go home, just kind of, you know, think about this idea. And I'm, you know what? That's an amazing idea. But. And I gave myself the big but. I said, but it's a lot of work. And so I stopped thinking about the how I stopped thinking about. Because I dismissed it. I didn't even dismiss. I didn't even think of it as a possibility because I had so many things going on, and to assemble that team would be a lot of work. So I wake up the next morning, and I get an email from Carol, who's my executive assistant. And she said that we just got an email today, and I wanted to run it by you and see what you thought. Turns out that a family has been following our work for many years, saw our webinar and said, hey, I would love to work with you. Guys, but we've spent all of our money trying to help our son and you know, we've exhausted all of our options. But we know that you guys are the right fit for us. And the only thing we can offer you, because my husband's a videographer, is we would be willing to record and document this entire process and share it with as many people as possible. And so when I got that email, my heart just lit up and I was like, oh my God. You know, this is amazing because we were just talking about this and the universe in its infinite wisdom, right? Because I stopped focusing on the how and I knew what the what was and I let that sink in. My unconscious brain, you know, created the solution. And here's the thing, these solutions were co creating, right? So it wasn't that my brain created this child with autism, right? The interaction, the engagement, that connection was co creating itself, okay? So, you know, it was the, it was the child's family also manifesting. That meeting with, you know, with the DNA company and Joe and me sitting there, all that was manifesting at the exact same time, okay? So just like if I want to go from point A to point B, there's a time, okay? There is, there's a, there is a distance between these two things. And that distance is physical, but it's also temporal. And so these solutions were co creating themselves through many, many years. Okay? So you can imagine how powerful this is when you visualize it that way. And you'll start seeing things showing up, you know, immediately in your life if you can start focusing on what it is that you want instead of how you're going to do it. So I thought that was a really cool story. Now another, another topic that is very relevant and very fun to talk about is the concept of cymatics. And so there's a video that I share. If you go on YouTube and you, and you YouTube the video or search the video Cymatics, see Y M A T I C S, what you'll see is a black plate, a metal plate with sand on it. And underneath that plate is a vibrational speaker. So a speaker that just vibrates at different frequencies. So it's connected to a frequencyometer, if that's what it's called. And it basically, you know, generates a frequency, a frequency generator. Okay? So it generates a frequency and it then vibrates a plate. And the sand on the plate organizes itself in specific shapes, right? And between the different shapes. The shapes are very unlike each other. But what we do see is a trend. We see a Trend that as we increase the frequency, so as the frequency gets higher, we see the complexity of the shapes increasing. So now, you know, the sand was like, you know, a very simple shape, you know, symmetrical, but simple shape. And now it's getting more and more and more and more complex. So what we realize is that as we increase frequency, we increase, you know, we increase complexity. And so then we can start asking ourselves a question and start thinking this through and say, well, what if I increase, you know, frequency, you know, higher and higher and higher and higher? Well, there's going to come a point after 20,000 hertz where the human ear can't hear the sound anymore. But that doesn't mean the properties of organizing matter change. So what's going to happen is as we increase the frequency, we're going to increase complexity. And so we have to ask ourselves, okay, what's the most complex thing in the universe? Because the most complex thing in the universe would be vibrating at the highest frequency in the universe. And that's the human mind and the central nervous system. So, you know, through the process of cymatics, we can conclude that as we increase frequency, we increase complexity. We know that everything holds a resonant frequency. And the higher that resonant frequency is, the greater the complexity is, the huge. The human mind is the most complex thing, which means it's vibrating at the highest frequency. And we just demonstrated through cymatics that frequency generators can organize matter. So think about that for a second. Our brain can literally create our reality. We live in a matrix, guys. I mean, it sounds weird, even weird for me to say, but it's true. We create our reality. The reason we don't create our dreams all the time is because A, we don't know what we want, and B, we don't stay focused long enough. Okay? So part of our handler's job is to keep you distracted. By keeping you distracted, you can never think about one thing long enough to actually build it. Imagine you were building your dream house. And there were you. You were on, on your dream street, okay? Now your dream house is that ultimate house that you want to build. That's your ultimate goal in life. But then these other lots of. You're also building houses on these other lots. These are all the distractions in your life, okay? So imagine you wake up, you come to work, or you come to build your dream house, and you show up sharp at 8 o' clock, and then by 8:05 you're distracted and you're running over to the other house trying to put out a fire, or you're trying to build it, or you're trying to pour the foundation, and then you go to the other house and then you're doing the same thing, right? You got to put on a doorknob. Like, you never get into a groove of anything. So guess what? Your poor dream house now. Now it's like noon, and nothing's been done because you've been distracted by all these other things. So what I think about, what I visualize in my head is that the more I think about something, the more focused and concentrated I am on it, the more I'm building it. Okay? So I'm building it, you know, kind of like magneto. I'm. I'm building these structures and moving all of these millions of parts all around me because I'm focused on something long enough. But if I keep you distracted, you're never going to be focused long enough to build anything meaningful or at least your dream house. You might end up building other people's houses, but you're not going to build that ultimate dream house of yours. So, super important concept of cymatics and focus, what we focus on expands. We know that what we focus on also coagulates and forms. So it doesn't just expand, it also forms. It comes together. And that's an important analogy for you. Also think of it like digging. Digging a well, right? So if you've got this dream well that you want to dig, right? That's the one that it's got your attention. Well, you wouldn't want to dig five wells at a time because you can only dig so much in a day. And if you're distracted between five different wells, you're going to have to dig five times as much to get to the bottom. And usually most people won't be able to do that. But if you focused all of your attention on one thing, you'd be way more likely to accomplish the goal. Another. Another analogy, another metaphor that I could use is if you focus a magnifying glass long enough on one spot, you could burn down the entire forest. Okay? A magnifying glass only has one focal point, not 50 focal points, okay? So you've got to get that focal point at the right angle for long enough, and you can light a fire, you can burn down the entire forest, you can burn thousands of trees down and liberate all the energy from those trees from that one moment of focus or that consistent moment of continuous focus. And it could be a moment. I mean, sometimes it doesn't have to be that Long, but long enough to light the fire, if you will. Now, one of my favorite books of all time is Think and Grow Rich. If you haven't read it, you know, most people haven't read it because they think it's about money. It's actually not about money. It's about reality. It's about, you know, using your brain as a frequency generator that creates your reality. And that reality could be anything. It could. It could be building a hospital. It could be, you know, driving a nice car. It could be making lots of money. It could be traveling and seeing the world. It could be being in a position where you can volunteer, right, because you've kind of set your life up this way because that's your dream life, whatever it is for you. I don't judge people based on what their dreams are because I know that they created them, right? And that's okay. We can all create whatever dream we want, whatever life we want. And now here's what I'll tell you. Whatever life you have right now is your dream life because it's what you think about constantly. Okay? So we're all living our dream life, but the question is, what is it that you're dreaming of? What is it that has your attention? What is it that you obsess over that you have a magnificent obsession over? Because that's your life right now. What you focus on expands. Most people focus on how they're going to get what they want, and they forget about how, you know, to focus on what they want and just obsess over what it is you want. If you obsess about how, you will expand the how. If you obsess and focus on what, you will create the what. So in Think and Grow Rich, Napoleon Hill talks about a concept, and he says, if you can conceive it and believe it, believe it's the most important part, then you will receive it. Now, I have a caveat to that. So I believe that, yes, if you conceive it, then it can be yours because it came to you for a reason, that idea or thought. I also believe that believing is super important. Because the more we believe that something, that we're capable of something and that we're worthy of it, the more we will actually think about it. So if I don't even think that something is possible for me, I don't believe that it's possible for me, why would I think about it constantly? I wouldn't. Why would I obsess over it? I wouldn't. The next step is become you have to become the person that's worthy. Okay? Now it's okay if you're not worthy now. It's okay if you've got a big goal and you're not worthy now. And the reason you know you're not worthy now is because you don't have what you're dreaming of. The moment you become worthy of it, it will show up in your lap. So you become that person who's then prepared to receive what it is that they deserve. Okay? So conceive, believe, become the person who is worthy of receiving. This is super powerful stuff, super simple. And really, here's the thing. The most powerful stuff is simple. It's not complicated. The complexity is handled by nature. It's handled by the universe. It's handled by infinite intelligence. It's the simplicity. That's our job. That's what makes this whole thing beautiful, is that if it was complex, then you know what's so cool about that? But it's simple. That's what makes it cool. The fact that it's simple makes it easy to do. But the fact that it's simple also makes it easy not to do. And that's a challenge as well. One thing to also take into consideration is the seasonality of things. So most people are trying to, you know, reap the harvest all year. And you can't do that. There's seasonality. You've got to plant seeds, you've got to protect your crops, then you've got to reap the harvest, and then there's winter. So there's seasonality to every business. And when you understand this rule, this law, then it helps your mindset. Because if you're just constantly on the grind, and that's not how the world works. You know, I didn't make up these rules. Jim Rohn didn't make up these rules. But we have to play by these rules. You know, you can't be upset if it snows in the winter. That's what it's supposed to do, right? You can't be upset when it's sunny. In the summer, it's supposed to be sunny, right? And there's seasonality to it. And you know, this is important for us to understand in our personal growth because there's time for rest time, there's time for sowing seeds, there's time for protecting our harvest, and there's time for reaping the harvest. So it's almost like your day is like there's four seasons in your day. So in the morning you wake up and you sow your seeds. What am I going to think about? What am I going to focus on? What am I grateful for? Who do I appreciate that's sowing your seeds? And then you protect and guard your time, just like you would protect and guard your garden or your crops. And then at the end of the day, you, you reap your rewards, right? So you have a productive day. You have an amazing day. You have an awesome, you know, productive effort that you, that's created a fruit for you, okay? And it's given you fulfillment. And then you go to sleep, right? You can't just work all day, you can't just think all day. You know, you can't just sleep all day. You've got to do all of these things in seasonality. And so there's seasonality in our day, but there's also seasonality in our year and even in our month. So you have, you have to pay attention to that. The next thing is super, super important, which is proximity matters, who you hang around with matters. You want to hang around with people who elevate you or people who want to be elevated, because some people don't want to be elevated. It's hard to, you know, save somebody who's drowning, who doesn't want to be saved. Right? You might both end up drowning. So proximity matters. So hang around people that elevate you and those who are willing to be elevated because then you can actually help them and add value into people's lives. And the more value you add into people's lives, I've found, the more abundance you have. And that abundance can come in the form of money, it can come in the form of time, it can come in the form of opportunity. So there's lots of ways that that shows up in our lives. Another thing that's important is to understand vulnerability. And vulnerability is super important because it taps. And you might be wondering, what does vulnerability have to do with mindset? Well, a, being vulnerable means that you understand the power of the response activating system. So you know when you're looking for something, what I believe is that thing is also looking for you. Now imagine you could be vulnerable for a minute and ask your friends, hey, this is what I'm looking for. I'm looking for a plumber. Well, guess what? You've activated the reticular activating system of everyone there. And because the RAS is an unconscious process versus a conscious process, it doesn't even take any bandwidth up for this person. Okay, so if you said, I'm looking for a red carpet, all your Friends are gonna see red cars or the people that you're vulnerable with, and that's not really vulnerable, but you know what I mean? Or if you say, hey, I'm going through some challenges, well, they're gonna pay attention to those solutions in their environment because their reticular activating system has now been embedded with this task. Okay? And the subconscious mind is a million times more powerful than the conscious mind. And what that tells me, and what that should tell you is that it takes up very little bandwidth for that person. But I've multiplied the likelihood of solving this problem by a million because now I've got somebody else's reticular activating system working for me. This is super awesome. And I've seen this happen over and over again where I think about something or I write something down and then that's all I see. Okay? So my wife and I were recently car shopping and we had particular cars in mind. We didn't even notice these cars on the road prior to that. But as soon as we tasked our reticular activating system with this idea that this is what we're looking for, it started showing up everywhere. Okay? And in fact, it was really interesting because the car we wanted to buy initially, we kept seeing it everywhere, which actually made us not want to buy it. So it's funny how that worked out. But, you know, it's really interesting stuff about the reticular activating system. And that's why vulnerability is important, because now you can tap into other people's reticular activating systems. Now, I covered a lot today. I hope this helps. I hope this gives you some pretty deep insights. This is one hour of years and years of study and tutelage and development that I've tried to summarize. These are probably some of the most powerful thoughts. I hope I said something in there that resonated with you. I'm sure I did. I'm sure there was a moment where you're like, oh, that makes sense. Or I see that you might want to listen to this a couple of times. I know I'm going to listen to this a couple of times because, you know, I always learn something new, even if it's listening to myself. Because here's the thing. When you're in a state of growth, every single day, something, even the same words, the same sentence, the same scene in a movie, you know, the same paragraph in a book is going to be read differently. This is why you can watch or listen to this same things over and over again and pick up something else, depending on who you've become in the process. So, you know, I'm not going to listen to it again because I like the sound of my own voice, necessarily, but I'm going to listen to it again because, you know, I know I said something today that will benefit me in a different way tomorrow and the day after that and the day after that. So I hope this helps you. I hope this gives you, you know, some additional insights that can benefit you and those around you. Please share this podcast I think a lot of people need to awaken to this and unlock their central nervous system as a superpower so they can, you know, not only heal themselves, but create a reality that we all want to see for ourselves, for our children, our great grandchildren, like, you know, everyone that comes, you know, after us in our lineage. And I believe that that will only happen if we can reclaim control of our central nervous system. So thank you for listening. Thank you for sharing. I appreciate you. I appreciate you taking on this task of changing the world as a functional medicine practitioner, and I support you fully in that journey. And again, I'm certain that there's things that you picked up today that are going to help you advance in that journey. Love to you all. Talk to you soon.
