Hello, and welcome to Perfect Practice. This is Sachin Patel. I'm excited that you're joining me for today's podcast because today I'm going to be discussing one of the most effective strategies that I've ever used. And it wasn't until I looked backwards, as Steve Jobs would say, that I was able to connect the dots and explain to you why the strategy was so successful for us. So it's really simple. That's the beauty of it. It's almost so simple that it's not sexy and you may not even do it. But here's the thing. Doing this One strategy costs you $0, provides immediate feedback, builds all the content for you, creates tremendous amounts of value for your consumer, and guarantees that you'll start and finish a project. Because, let's face it, I know you've started things and you haven't finished them, but there's a reason why. There's actually a psychological reason why you haven't finished so many of those projects that you've started. So guess what that strategy is. It's called asking. By asking your consumer what problems they have and putting out there that you're providing a solution for this problem, or preparing a solution for this problem, or perhaps doing research to prepare a solution for this problem. People are going to start commenting. So I would suggest doing this either through email or primarily I do it through Facebook. And what I essentially do is I ask people a question that they might have in their head of a problem that they're trying to solve. So it could be something like, hey, what questions do you have about thyroid health? What questions do you have about stubborn weight loss? What questions do you have about optimizing and improving digestion by people responding to this? They're essentially telling you that this is something that they have a problem with. It's essentially a very subtle cry for help that this person is providing you. Now, here's what they're also providing you with, that they're providing you with content to create so that you can provide them with a solution to a problem that they're telling you that they have. So here's the deal. You post a question out there. Who wants more information about this? What are the questions did you have around XYZ Topic? They put it out there. Now you've got content, so you know exactly what to do. Where a lot of people get stuck is they don't know what to write about, they don't know what to talk about, they don't know what content to create because they're Trying to imagine what problem the consumer has in. In this situation, you can ask your consumer, and they'll tell you exactly what problem they have. It also builds a little funnel for you, a little pipeline of leads, because you can reach out to these people and say, hey, remember that issue that you were talking about? Well, watch this video. I've created a solution for you and provide instant value to that person, instant karma to that person. You can also create a webinar, or you can create a presentation that solves a bunch of people's problems and invite those people to that webinar and then offer them a service or a product that benefits them. So you can take them all the way to the end zone, right? Not just move 10 yards, but take them all the way to the end zone. So by doing this strategy, by solving people's problems, you've got content that you can now create, that you can package into a course, or you get packaged into services. And guess what? You're creating a solution that people actually want. Now, here's the beauty of this. You can move super fast with this strategy because you can build content in real time. So I could put a post out there and I could get 10 different responses, and guess what? I can immediately start building content. You know, with respect to those responses. I can then send those individual pieces of content to those people that had those questions, okay? And I can also use that content and package it into a course. Or I could take that bit of content and I can put that information into a webinar, which then, you know, sells people a course or sells people some additional services, taking them again all the way to the end zone. Now, by building this content in real time, here's the other thing that happens, and here's why this is important. By knowing what people want, the work that you're doing is inspired work. By knowing that somebody's gonna benefit from that work, it really pulls you out of bed. It magnetizes you to actually get it done so you're not dragging your feet on it. So that inspiration, motivation, magnetization is super important. The second thing that happens is you get an immediate feedback loop. So as soon as you create that content, somebody benefits from it immediately. You get feedback. Wow, that was awesome. Thanks so much for sharing. Or you get people jumping on your webinar more than ever because you're actually answering questions that they have. And you get people buying more than ever because you're solving a problem that they have. And the only way to solve that problem, in some cases, not every case, is Them working with you. And when that's the case, then that's what needs to happen. So if you can understand the market better, you can understand the way your brain works better, and you can start projects and actually get them done and find, fulfill that feedback loop, right? That brain candy, we call it dopamine, get that feedback loop going, guess what? It's gonna inspire you more. You're gonna feel even more motivated. But here's what happens. When you don't ask, if you don't ask questions, you don't know what to create. When you don't know what to create, you create crappy content because you don't even know if people wanted it. It's uninspired content, okay? You're dragging your feet on it. You're struggling to come up with it, okay? It's not inspired work. It's not magnetized work, right? It's work that you're kind of dragging your feet on to done. And you know, it's something that is going to come out differently from an energetic standpoint. The other thing that happens is by not creating meaningful content, you get mediocre results, okay? Because you're not actually solving people's problems. The other thing that happens is that sometimes people will try to assume what content or what problems people have and create content and build out this amazing platform or amazing course. And guess what? If people aren't engaging with that content shortly after it's created, you're not fulfilling that feedback mechanism, that reward mechanism. Remember, dopamine is for motivation, but dopamine is also secreted when we have some sort of reward or pleasure that comes from the work that we've done or our experiences that we're going through. But if you create something and you don't put it out there, nobody ever sees it, then guess what? That feedback loop may never be fulfilled. So the work that you're doing never gets rewarded. So by asking, by paying attention to what the market wants, by doing work that's magnetizing you out of bed and pulling you out of bed because you know people are hungry for the answer, you're gonna create more meaningful content. You're gonna create content that people want, that they connect with shortly after it's created, and you're gonna release tons of brain candy, AKA dopamine, and that's gonna inspire you to do more work. This is a feed forward loop. The other loop is a down. It sucks the life out of you. And this is where a lot of practitioners struggle. So ask questions, get answers, provide answers, and guess what you'll get paid or you'll add value into the marketplace, both of which are extremely important. Okay. Hope this helps. Ask away. Ask the questions of your consumers, and they'll provide all the answers that you need to do meaningful, inspired work that impacts thousands and thousands of people. Thank you. Have an amazing day.
