What are environmental factors, things around you that lead to you having the space and the safety to become an unstoppable creative machine?
So around me, and I love that my environment really respects that, I need a lot of time alone. I think I spend 90 or 80% of the day alone by myself. I love to hear, I love to listen to podcasts. I love to listen to audiobooks all of the time, because most of the time it's just like a very different perspective on a topic. So what I do, I read books and I just ask myself, how can I apply this to my business? What is the Alicia story behind my personal brand? And then I was like, I don't have it. I didn't build it. So what would happen if I would create an Alicia story for Alicia's Secret? So I just play with different scenarios, different niches, different competitors. But for example, we can learn so many things from other successful companies that are completely in an opposite area than ours. So I would go there and listen to what they have to say. And I'm just really, I just love to experiment. I just try and test everything smart people say and see if it applies to me too.
