You guys grew really fast, I think like 100,000 customers in 3 years. So what was that transition from building product in isolation to now we're going to open it up and focus on growth?
When we launched, we launched like we were like, we're ready, let's go. At that point we started growing. This was like April 2019. Yeah, we spent like basically the next 6 months just like dealing with the growth. Like it was literally me and my co-founder on the phone for like customer support all the time. And then freaking COVID happened, you know, March, April actually was like kind of slow for us. We were like, oh, maybe we should pause and we paused growing. And I remember at this point, like instead of like being on the back foot and like not hiring enough people for support and onboarding and engineering. We should just really like focus on doubling down. And like, yeah, it took a while for me to convince myself that like we should be hiring because like this growth won't just stop. Mm-hmm.
